I loved the bed!
Our 'city view'was the top of a part of our building :(. And we could hear police sirens at night.
Beautiful rooms. Very good location. Best customer service I've ever received from a hotel.
Parking was frustrating. Also no wifi included.Overall wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel & courteous staff. Rooms were wonderfully appointed & the location was very accessible to all attractions downtown. However, There is no parking included. You either have to find street parking (impossible during the week) or pay for their valet service, ($35 per day). That was disappointing. Also, there is no free wifi. It's either $12 per day or you have to sign up to be a kimpton member and receive provide your email and street address & recieve future emails from Kimpton.
As I related to the concierge upon leaving, the hotel room was so impeccably clean it felt as though no one else had ever used it. I enjoyed the hotel and superb staff so much I came back after a couple of days spent at a conference location.
No. When I came back, due to a stellar first experience, I landed in a room smaller and less comfortable than the first I'd experienced. The staff immediately moved me to another that underscored why I returned: spacious, great decor, clean, great view.I enjoyed this hotel so much one night prior to a conference hotel experience that I returned for the final night of my recent Minneapolis business trip. The staff throughout the business - from the front desk greeters, to the housekeeping manager, to the bartender who served my late arrival dinner as attentively as though I was the only one there (despite her swarms of others at tables and the bar itself) - was immensely friendly and professional. The rooms we...
Rooms were outstanding
Getting ice required calling front desk and having delivered. Would much prefer ice machines available on every floor.Hotel in balance was excellent. Thought it was pricey. Location good and staff were very friendly. Would stay there again but probably try to reserve earlier to improve price point.
Lots of character, great room
No - it was perfectIt's a great landmark, full of charm and great old character, but yet modernized.
Very classy! A real treat. Beautiful decor and a wonderful staff.
Everything was outstanding!A very central location. Easy access to the Target Center and Target Field, as well as the Metrodome.Restaurants and bars are all with in walking distance. The room I was in was very well appointed with a king bed and an outstanding bathroom. All and all this was a great hotel offered by priceline well worth the price and then some!
The room was incredible.
I had to buy a cable to connect my cellular device to the in room sound system. They hotel should have all the compatible hardware.
The hotel had very helpful staff! The hotel is in a great location to walk to all different venues. Parking is a bit tricky, I would suggest using valet.
This hotel had the best Staff possible. The rooms were outstanding. The wine bar was a nice bonus. The lobby and hotel is very lovely. We will return!
No negatives to report.
The staff was very friendly and helped in any way we needed help. The rate was very reasonable and had several amenities such as wine hour from 5 to 6 pm.
When we checked in the hotel had no record from Priceline that we were coming! They were able to honor the information that I had though. The hotel is a nice size. Not too big and not too small. The elevators are very responsive and we did not have to wait long for them. The location is very close to the IDS Center and near many of the attractions that we were interested in. I would like to stay there again if the opportunity comes around.
