The staff was great hope made sure I was accommodated
Comfortable beds. Quiet area.
Breakfast bar closed 5 minutes early both days. Also had to ask for milk every morning for my cereal.
Location. Always like the room setup Good bathrooms. Adequate snack pantry abd breakfast.
Room: only two small wastecans. Room was not vacuumed during service. We didn't get out by the time housekeeping came around and they left a note under the door that we would not be serviced that day. Never had that happen before. Large meeting disrupti
Overall was great. Breakfast was great. Staff was very, very kind. Housekeeping woman kindly asked if the services were on Sunday. I guess the message that we were in town for a funeral was relayed to her. The kindness in her eyes was sincere. Thanks
The location was perfect for our Ft. Lauderdale/Miami travels.
Friendly, helpful & courteous staff, clean, great breakfast
Friendly Staff, Gorgeous Room, Great Breakfast... Oh! And very soft towels for a hotel!
Excellent hotel in convenient location. Moderm and clean with excellent service!
Our stay at this facility was great. The room was extra clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was fast. Location to sunlife stadium was excellent.
Came to Miami just for the night to go to Football game. Really appreciated the location, away from the crazy traffic of the city, but close enough to great shopping and restaurants. The shuttle to and from Dolphins stadium was wonderful and right on time both ways! Our King room was clean and comfy. Only comment was odd layout forcing the tv to be so far away from bed. Lobby, breakfast area and overall interior very modern and pleasant. The outside veranda was a wonderful surprise, the pool nice to do laps in. Only true complaint was breakfast was a disaster. Keeping in mind we went down at 9:30 on a Sunday, peak time. But the problems that we encountered we're avoidable. Cold scrambled eggs, dried & crusty sausage, too thick oatmeal, no waffle batter for 10 minutes and the waffle station was an absolute mess. Only one flavor of muffins and they were slightly stale. One Danish left and it was broken in pieces. The only thing my husband and I ate was cold cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt. And if all that was offered was continental fare, that would have been fine. But Hampton touts their breakfast, so more is expected. The girl was very busy, but doing things like filling utensil holders and such. There may have been 2 girls, but that would be even more reason to complain. Also the garbage was overflowing, things falling on the floor. All of these issues were unacceptable and avoidable. How do I know?? Because I WAS a Hampton Inn breakfast host for a year not too long ago. Even tho my hotel was smaller, I still got busy. But even in my busiest of days, my breakfast NEVER was like that. Overall, hotel and front desk staff was wonderful. They just need to work on breakfast.
Hot breakfast included eggs and a breakfast meat. Had nice gym that was open 6am - 10 pm, but the front desk staff would let you in if it was closed. Nice big rooms, free internet, refridgerators, very clean. It was convenient to the highway and several restaurant choices within a few blocks. Overall a nice hotel - very new. I enjoyed my stay.
Choosing this hotel for a quick weekend get away was easy due to the close proximity to my house. Brand new, less than a month old with nice amenities. The pool was not yet open, but the staff and breakfast were exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and the room nicely equipped. Definately will stay again.
