When I booked the car over the phone, the sales agent told me I’d get a discount if I showed them my State Farm card when we picked up the vehicle. However, that discount was not honored.9.6 Wonderful

I got 3 vehicles that trip. The first two were not ready to be rented. It created a hassle in exchanging vehicles so I advise renters not to take vehicles at Enterprise that haven't been detailed or are not working properly. It put me in an uncomfortable position when switching vehicles.8.4 Very good

The agent at pick up was the most efficient ever worked with. He checked in 3-4 customers in less than 10 minutes. Usually the paper work and upsells are cumbersome when you just want to get on the road.Cons:

Usually rent with enterprise because they pick you up/drop you off but were closed because it was labor day. Would rent at Avis more often if they offered this service10.0 Wonderful
