Only one person on staff - she was on the phone when I came in but she helped me as soon as she got off.Cons:

Cons:
I was able to make a reservation through kayak for Sunday-Sunday at water mill. This despite the water mill location being closed on sundays, unbeknownst to me. I had to pick up my car a day late, drop it off in a different location, and hertz tried to charge me double to rebook my reservation to accommodate the correct times. Totally unacceptable, basically a bait and switch.10.0 Wonderful

When I went to pick up the car the guy behind the front desk was more interested in watching tv and getting off early then helping me get the paperwork and car pick up( pick up was at 1700 and they are open till 1800)When I got the keys and was doing a walk around the clerk was already out the door and zooming off in his personal vehicle. The rental wasn't cleaned that well, there was trash and receipts from the previous driver. When I dropped the car off one of their people jumped in the rental and left before I could go over the car with them.2.0 Poor
