Superb location with outstandingly unbelievable view Friendly staff, Elegant ambiance Excellent breakfast Fabulous private deck with view of Monterossa & the sea
Bedrooms a bit dated
This Hotel was perfect and staff went out of their way to provide helpful information about how to visit the local sites, the pool area is new with a lovely spa, towels are provided and the area is lovely for relaxation, breakfast was good,i have nothing negative to sayabout this hotel. My teenage children also enjoyed it very much
Liked everthing-nothing negative to say
Nice location, good helpful staff.
I made reservation for a room for 3 persons and the room was for 2 + added bad. The room was too small, would be uncomfortable if I stay longer. Very high prices in lobby bar and for mini bar. Breakfast - small choose. In season time - July - they still were making renovation in hotel, swimming pool out of order.
Very friendly staff, good service, very good brekfast and our room had a nice balcony with terrific view of a big park and recreation area.
Rebuiding activities during our stay
The swimming-pool was cloused
Well situated for the amenities of the town , but still a peaceful location.
The decor and lighting was a bit dull and the bathroom needs an overhaul.Overall it was pleasant , but 4 star a bit exaggerated by most standards.
Well situated, nice large extra comfort room. Spotlessly clean towels daily, sheets every other day
Breakfast average, no fresh fruit. Minibar didn't work, Parts of the hotel were shabby.
We were not there long enough to take advantage of any of the facilities, but the room and bathroom were both good for the price. The breakfast was very good. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming.
Nothing bad. Just a feeling that the decor in the corridors, bedrooms and bathrooms were ready for re-doing.
Beautiful hotel in the best part of town.
Frigo bar didn't work in any of the three rooms and the staff wasn't able to resolve the problem. Hot water took 5 minutes to arrive in one room and in another the shower head broke, but was immediately tended to by staff. No a/c was available and the rooms had a "closed up" smell that never went away. Bathrooms smelled damp and musty. Noise from other guests was considerable.
