Pros:We got married at this resort through a cruise line last year. This year for our anniversary we returned. We had a king size bed with an ocean view. Loved the room! It was very spacious. Bed was a little too firm for us, but it did the trick. Also, the daily cleaning service of the rooms are VERY slow. From our 4 night stay they came once AFTER we went to the front desk to request that they come clean our room and change our sandy sheets. The all inclusive is nice, plenty of food. I give the nightly entertainment a B+. Loved the pool and bar area and there is an amazing spot to snorkel off the hotel beaches! Right outside the hotel, if you're up for a quick walk, there's shops and restaurants including margaritaville. We will be back.
Cons:Slow cleaning service for the rooms. Had to request a room cleaning and fresh towels because no one came by the end of our 3rd day. Buffet and food could be a little better, but it wasn't bad or anything. B+ for food and entertainment. A+ for room and beaches.

Pros:The staff members were great... the rooms were okay nothing too fancy.
Cons:I didn't like the food. The food wasn't great at all. The fact that it's all inclusive and you had to pay for wifi was another reason I didn't enjoy my stay. Overall the resort is nice but I wouldn't stay there again... I didn't eat much and I wasn't able to keep in contact with my family and friends because wifi was 5 dollars per an hour...

Pros:The food was lovely and the room was comfy. The staff was very courteous and very polite.
Cons:The food at the grill needs a little work. I visited there twice and in the two instance the food was badly burnt, not very sumptuous at all.
