Shabby and in need of updating. Tiny bathroom with shattered sink. Very disappointed.
We were upgraded to a suite to better accommodate my family for a minimal additional cost. Valet services were so cheerful too
Clean rooms, comfy bed, and great location!
The Fairmont Gold lounge was according to expectations.
The service was mediocre. Common examples: include incorrect info (at check in) although resolved later, asked for wake up calls and did not get one on both days, asked for coffee and did not get it, inquired about breakfast in bed and no one followed up, common facilities were too busy, etc.
Clean. Good beds. Got room at a good rate.
Location is so, so. Hotel is dated.
The location of the Hotel, I have stayed here several times before while in Montreal. Restaurant was excellent.
The room was a bit small but very comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near all types of public transportation. Overall a great value for the price.
The hotel in general was very warm ( went in March). Also the elevators were surprisingly noisy.
The location was convenient and the staff was professional.
The place is terribly dated and worn. The bathrooms are tiny and a mishmash of finishes. Sink was cheap! Wallpaper was peeling. Lobby is bland, worn and devoid of personality. It is a large, convention hotel that is coasting on the Fairmount reputation.
The shower was amazing, location was perfect.
Rooms were small, no cot option, room wasn't ready until nearly 5pm.
