The staff is very nice.
Montreal. Wine is not good in Montreal.
location, parties by the night, acura compliment for small trajects
internet should be free everywhere and not only on the lobby!
The Plateau Longe, Otto dining. The room with the shower design was outstanding, loved it!
self parking too far
Bedding was incredibly comfortable & soft. Loved having the Bliss toiletries, a nice bonus.
The bath towels were no were near the same caliber as the bedding; found them to be cheap & rough against the skin. Rooms were very dark, would like to see a bit more natural lighting.
The staff was exceptional
The business center printer did not work, and the staff did not know how to fix it nor did they put a sign up for the next person to let them know it was out of order
Room service was twice the price of another boutique hotel I stayed at in the old montreal. The mini-bar was not refilled each day. My newspaper was not delivered each morning, I had asked the front desk each morning and the problem was not resolved.
