The location was great. No matter which directiin you went you were close to something of interest. Sraff was excellent and the room was ckean and neat with lots of room to put things,
For the price we paid we felt that it was too high because there was no breakfast included
That there was no continental breakfast. There was only one functioning elevator which made the trips up & down too long
It was modern, sleek, clean, and comfortable. Can speak French or English. Our King room had a sofa bed and fridge and LOTS of room to move around. Very spacious. Only a small window with no view, but the size of the room made up for it. Comfortable bed, but on the soft side. Had a small gym with TV although a few of the settings on the elliptical and bike didn't work for me. Centrally located between Mont Royal parc and Vieux Montreal where we wanted to walk to. Nothing special about the neighborhood, but it felt safe. Parking options were across the street in a separate uncovered lot or down the street in a covered garage. We chose across the street and it was fine although we had to load out in the rain and there is no cover for the cars, just street parking in front of the hotel. For the price in a big city, we found it more than adequate for the money.
The resto lounge one the 2nd floor wasn't complete yet, so some of the offerings listed actually didn't exist yet.
Awesome location, good sized room (king), powerful AC, quiet & comfortable.
I arrived by motorcycle and the guy at front desk just stared at me like I was an alien. I asked about motorcycle parking and he told me to park in a lot around the corner, but I found out there's free street parking for motorcycles. And just being picky, the shampoo/moisturizer bottles were all opened by prior guest(s).
The location was great and there was inexpensive parking nearby.
We had a couple of problems with our room and, while the staff was helpful, they didn't seem too concerned about any of it and didn't take any extra steps to make sure we were statisfied.
Small fridge Dirty floor. Not clean when we got there, and not cleaned for 3 days Lacks dressers Bad tv quality
The location, I also liked the bed, it was very comfortable and clean.
Went to a Montreal Canadiens hockey game, hotel is located extremely close to the Bell Centre and very close to shopping areas. Fantastic location.
close to bell center and good down town shopping and bars
parking beside the hotel .......i know you guys dont own it but they have a different price everytime i go there and not respecting owners vehicle!
the price in location to bell center and downtown!
I think my room wasnt really equipped for using my laptop....table and chair didnt match and wasnt really desk like. I also think you should have comlimentary parking for all guests...I had to pay $60 for 3 nights.
covenience to downtown
the computers were down during the whole stay and staff didn't go out of their way to accommodate special requests
Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the Bell Center and Metro
At the normal price, the size of the room is defiantly not worth the money. If I hadn't gotten a discount I would have felt 'ripped-off'. The room is extremely small and was not very clean.
Great location, friendly staff, staff were able to sort out their mistake about our 'having a continental breakfast included' quickly and in a friendly manner. We chose it because of the rate and location mix, not just the rate.
The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable.
It was a bit noisy. Some young people talking very loudly in the middle of the night. The staff seemed unaware. Someone tried our door in the very early hours of the morning but then moved on.
Our room was about 15 x 15 with 2 double beds, a desk, table, and tv stand. We barely had room to walk in there, and maybe they could've substituted the desk for a dresser! There was no where to put our clothes!! The hotel was nice, I was just disappointed in the size of the room.
One staff was very helpful with things to do in the city, others were not. It would have been beneficial if they were more knowledgeable about things to do in the city.
