It was dirty and in a bad location. The air stopped working and it smelled.
It was located very convenient for all we were doing in town.
The cleanliness of the room was poor, clean towels were not provided for the second night, the breakfast provided was terrible and the electronic lock on the door required special technique to make it work.
Low water pressure in shower. Only a few power outlets that worked which led to no cable u less I plugged tv in differwnt outlet. Fridge not working. A/C filter dirty.
Room was very dirty. Tilted lamp shades. Dust on everything. Pee stains on the toilet seat. Furniture that seemed like metal.
It had bed bugs.
Bath tub was dirty.Dust on floor around bed, booked king size room non smoking, went in smelled like nasty cigarette had to put us in double room.Ask for housekeeping to leave extra towels they didn't. ..
Old and dated, But got the job done.
The only thing I like was i didn't actually SEE any bugs. I do realize it is a hotel with a number at the end, but the place was just down right gross!! Thank god it was only for one night. I wouldn't stay there again if it were free!!
I like nothing about this hotel. Dirty, dirty, dirty. It made my skin crawl ! And the staff wasn't much better! Do not stay at the place. It should be shut down by the health department!
Comfortable beds, nice staff, close to where I needed to be.
Rooms need new carpeting and bathrooms. Ice machine broke, phone did not work, had to go to front desk for every question.
The room was dirty the only thing clean was the sheets.
The bathtub was so stained that we did not shower except for one day. There were old mattresses shoved in an overflowing dumpster the 4 days we were there.
We were helped out right from the begining. We could not do stairs so they gave us another room downstairs. The management was excellent and very friendly. They made us feel right at home. When we missed the micro wave in our room it was placed in our room right away. We would definitly go back to this motel.
I arrived in town with a husband who was really sick and had to be taken to the ER the next morning. The young fellow at the front desk was very friendly. I noticed a sign that said 'No Refunds,' which sent up a red flag to me (why were people seeking refunds?). I asked to see the room. I just looked into the sleeping section and because I had a very ill man who wanted to get to bed immediately, took the room. Big mistake. I don't think the shower has EVER been cleaned. I considered shopping for flip flops. My husband suggested putting a towel down. I opted for foregoing a shower altogether and waiting to get a clean room somewhere else the next day. I had a very sleepless night because I had the heebie-jeebies about what I couldn't see. I certainly didn't let my bare feet touch the floor. The continental breakfast area was very small, but I wouldn't even THINK about ingesting anything coming out of that hole. I don't have to have fancy, but I do insist on a safe, clean place. I did feel safe. However -- GROSS!
The lobby, staff was OK. Though the Front Office was lacking local info. Room was non-smoking, but someone already smoked earlier and dirty too, bathroom was having spiders web. Refrigerator was unplugged. The bed was OK. Very few items in the Breakfast, and was inadequate. No local maps in the lobby. At check out the guy looks General Manager/Owner, who was lagging courtesy to guest.
