The Super 8 Morton Grove is a newly remodeled motel situated in a quiet northern suburb, yet just miles away from various downtown Chicago attractions and nightlife, which are easily accessible through public transportation. We serve the following communities Morton Grove, Niles, Golf, Glenview, Skokie, Lincolnwood, and Evanston. The Super 8 Morton Grove is located near Avon Corporate Office, Kraft Corporate Office, Advocate Lutheran Hospital, Rush North Shore Medical Center and Northwestern Evanston Hospital. We are minutes away from Northwestern University and Loyola University. We offer our guests free high speed Internet, 25 inch satellite TV with Premium Channels, and free light breakfast. All of our rooms come equipped with a hairdryer, work desk and some rooms also have refrigerators.

Cons:found traces of bed bug feces the first room. the housekeeper made sure she was clear on explaining to manager on duty. after begging him for another room, he said there would be an upcharge of 20.00. he moved me into the room next door that someone just checked out of. I seriously doubt the room was cleaned within 10 min. there were gross stains on one of the beds. mold above shower head, broken artwork above bed & cleaning subpar. this will be the last time I stay there. please, please get maintenance to repair mold in drywall. 2 rooms had it. certainly a health hazard.
Pros:Parking was spacious and plentiful. The room was very clean and the ladies that clean the rooms were very friendly and super accommodating. The rooms appear to be newly refurbished. The sheets and pillowcases smelled really, really fresh.
Cons:The bed was uncomfortable which was bad enough. Noise from other rooms and the hall could be heard. The shower was worse. Most of the water going to the shower head did not come out of the holes which meant poor water pressure. It's the worst I've ever seen in a hotel. The toilet seat is very flimsy plastic that won't stay put. The television reception was poor as well. Though the room was non smoking there were smoking rooms at the hotel and I smelled it in the hall as we came and went. There was no microwave. Breakfast was a lot of bad carbs and uninteresting. This room was no where near what I expect for 69.00 + tax. Upon check out the person at the desk seemed a bit put out that I wanted a printed receipt. I could see why when he printed it. There was a mysterious charge for 127.00 which he claimed was for the room. Not true because I had prepaid online. I also pointed out to him that the charge only appeared under the CC column and not the "room" column. I'm watching my statement and if it appears I will promptly dispute it. We will never stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Cons:that staff told us amount a charge that was to be refunded once check out but that has not happened since. That is being a thief and unprofessional.
