Pros:
The location wasnt open and we ended up cancelling. I’m now out $44 for insurance on a vehicle that i couldnt get. There is no service number that leads to a human being who can give me a refund. I wont be using Kayak againCons:

Decent vehicle although not what I rented. The drove us back to the airport.Cons:
Lots of electronic issues with the vehicle. Had to take an Uber to Enterprise even though it was one mile away. Vehicle different when we got there and the one we got wasn't ready so we ad to wait.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Reservation was for Friday at 2:00pm. Plans changed and I called Friday morning and told them we would not need it Friday but we still needed it Saturday. They said, "Fine, no problem, see you Saturday". Called Saturday at 1:30 to let them know we would be there by 2:30. No one answered, finally called Enterprise's 800 number, a bit concerned no one was answering, and they told me that location closed at noon. Had to re-book with Alamo at a higher rate. When I rescheduled to a Saturday pick up they should have told me that they closed at noon, especially since I had a 2:00pm pickup time.2.0 Poor

My reservation got all messed up and they had my location wrong and I had to drive an hour away to pick my car up so the guy said he would give our suburban for $150 total for my trouble and when I picked it up there was no note of it and I was charged $285Cons:

After a 45 min wait in line because know one was at the Alamo counter the ladies got us out fast at enterprise when we finally got to them. The drop off was super fast and smooth.Cons:
