Front desk, great person. Laundry is great, location is great
No business center, kind of noisy this trip. Normally you think you are the only one in the hotel. It was not disturbingly noisy but noticeable
Very convenient location, good price for room, clean
The bed had some kind of mattress cover or actual mattress that made sounds every time you moved. Like rolling on a rubber raft with a rubbery sqeaky sound. Very annoying. Also 3 pillows for 2 people on a queen size bed, no extra pillows in room.
Loud lawn care at 7:00am on a Saturday, lasting for a few hours
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, there was a fridge and freezer and stove. Location is Great!!!
Breakfast was very limited but guess it was better than nothing.
Full size fridge, plus a range
Only one elevator ex
Good location. Only minutes away from two different malls with plenty of restaurants around Pleasant staff.
Manager/Desk staff excellent! Helpful, friendly, should be a conceirge at a big name hotel! Room was very good for the price.
The breakfast was very limited and I didn't like the fact that it is pet friendly
The room has ants all over th place
The hotel room looked clean but as I went around there were still ashes in the ash trays and animal hair and dirt in the kitchen floor.
locate, clear, and kitchen
You don't even get a glass in your room unless you go down and get it. This is sub class 1 in amenities
I was told there were no rooms available after booking and prepaying the room online. I waited in the lobby for 1 1/2 hrs. for the manager to come along with at least ten other customers in the same boat. There arent enough characters to tell all.
Clean, very quiet, awesome staff!
Too short stay
Rooms need updating
Nice and big and clean
Staff friendly items were provided and everything was clean
No hangers in the room. Had to ask for some. Kitchen ware at front desk. Just kind of weird.
Clean and quiet area
Non smoking rooms Location
Television location, hard to watch from the bed
I liked the location and the staff was friendly
The 'free breakfast' was less than I expected. Only granola bars and a few other grab and go items. No hair dryer in the room. I am allergic to down feathers and they did not have any alternative pillows available.
Convenient to highways and cheap.
Dingy, room smelled like smoke
Easy access to I295 NJ73.Friendly and accomodating staffLaundry facilities on premisesLarge and well lit room. Kitchen corner with full size fridge.Great Coffee! Grab & Go Station always clean and ready in the morning
My room needed a thorough cleaning when I arrived. Borrow a vacuum cleaner from the night clerk and 'took care of bussiness'. Bathroom floor & walls needed thorough clreaning too.Large dog in the room above mine; barked pawed the carpet until lale.
I asked the front desk if I could stay another night at a reduced rate. she said she had to contact management . never did get an answer. I left
Staff was friendly and helpful
Internet was terribly slow , cable, You pay for room cleaning
Some Amenities were not available, like I asked for Rasor as I missed my shaving kit but it was not available, before leaving I just asked to see if they arranged it but it was not available. They didn't keep utensils in the room they used to before.
coffee in the morning
It had a kitchen but NO cups, plates, NOTHING. How were we supposed to cook with not pots and pans? No utensils? We asked for a wine bottle cork screw and they didnt have one at the front desk.So much for our annivesary dinner. We had to go out.
Room was very nice and clean. Dishes and utensils already in room presented this EX-Stay as far superior to other Ex-Stays which do not provide utensils in room and require extra trips to front desk to acquire them.
Location was really well out of my target area, requiring 18 miles travel each way plus toll bridge crossing.
The bathroom and kitchen
I had no incoming calls until I left the hotel. So I want able to work and had to relocate to another hotel
The staff was courteous and very accommodating. I think they should get a free lunch because they are top notch. Personally, one of them I would like to marry :)....well at least go out on a date with.
Yes, the hotel has an ant infestation. You guys need to call pest control asap.
There were good restaurants around. The hotel wasn't very good.
The mattresses creaked.
The availability on short notice, the staff was very pleasant and easy to work with.
The hostess, Neo, was very professional, very polite, and helpful during my check in. I would highly recommend this hotel for some R/R.
horrible for a 2 star rating. i've seen dog kennels that were cleaner. there was trash in the corner of the room and the room smelled..well not fresh.
It was a decent and clean room. Great price and friendly service.
There are no hair dryers in the rooms. Need to go to front desk to get one.
Front staff is very friendly.
A big drink bottle of a previous guest was still left in the fridge and a used cotton swab behind a trash bin. So, its housekeeping is minimum.
I was very disappointed at the hotel management and also priceline for not being able to work things out with me. I have a death in the family and i wasnt able to change dates.
They provide the smoking room which is bad smell making to sick nauseous I am non smoker and required your web site but Priceline reserved smoking room
Remote control for TV missing. Light by bed missing light bulb. Refrigerator noisy, had to unplug so I could go to sleep. Reserved regular room non available when I arrived. Only handicapped room available which had no counter top in bathroom.
The room was not clean when we arrived and the bed was so hard sleeping was near impossible. There was a strong odor of car urine in the halls, and the staff on duty was not helpful in solving these problems.
Very friendly staff.
When we came in our room behind the char dirty towels.
Was very surprised!!! Didnt know what to expect but I was very happy with choosing this hotel. The staff was awesome and helpful, and the room and hotel was nice. Made my trip to NJ easy!! Will use them again when I go back to NJ.
nice place worth the stay. u pay a 1 time fee for wifi but i felt at home
Even though they are listed as 'pet friendly' they want $* extra for a pet. It might be good, oh Travel online, to let travelers know about the fees. That fee made it one of the more expensive places around. The room was a bit banged when we arrived (shelf pulled out of the wall, dresser drawer askew) but when I informed the front desk, they offered to make it right. Nate Pettengill
While visitng family over Christmas 2008 I needed a place to meet some old friends for a good old fashioned gab fest and sone peace and quiet and a break from too much family togetherness! I wanted some place inexpensive but some place I could feel comfortable and just kick back. . This more than met my requirments. The suite was a pleasant surprise, I did not expect a full sized stove and refrigerator, the room was clean, bed quite comfortable. ( Next time I will remember to bring shampoo.) The first key card I was given did not work, but the attendent took care of that promptly and pleasantly. For my purposes this was a great place to stay and I spent a really nice weekend I am retired now and live on a very limited fixed income, but during my working days I stayed in many hotels. For the money, this ranks with some of the best business accomodations. I don't know if they had a fitness center or not, but that was not one of my requirements so the lack thereof did not bother me.) If you are looking for luxery, this is not it, but if you want value and comfort this fills the bill.
