Location, plenty of parking, responsive and helpful staff (keycards stopped working once needed both cards reprogrammed, couldn't get into the pool area)
View of the room, must be the price we paid, window opens to the roof with all the HAVC equipment at eye level, not below.
So many things to list. Front desk was rude. They seemed to not care about their guests. Gift shop was closed down. No where to buy a bottle of water or soda. Luggage cart never showed. Room was dirty. Big stain on towel.

Lots of noise...other guests were very noisy. Also the doors to the rooms made lots of noise. Even when you tried to close them softly they made a resounding thud and loud click and the same noise came loudly from other guest's doors also.

Swimming pool dirty. Whearpool dirty and moald growing water fulthy never cleaned. Restaurant menue limited and plane kitchen not very good I would not recomend it

I travel a lot to mount laurel nj which is very to Philadelphia. I have always stayed at The Westin because it's the only 4 start hotel in that area!My last time I stayed there I was upgraded to a better room even though I didn't ask for it staff are nice
sometimes they have parties or weddings and some people have complained it can get loud.
Comfy beds and bedding. Nice lobby and classy bar and restaurant.
Each day had to call down as items from housekeeping missed. First night the AC wasn't working and couldnt be fixed. AC repairman left the AC all apart - so both untidy and very hot. We were moved to another room the following day
It is in a great location for us, visiting family nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.
Housekeeping was polite, but lacking in attention to detail. When we checked in, there was an old washcloth hanging over the shower rod. We ran out of toilet paper on our second day, and there was no back up roll.
The staff were incredibly friendly! My first room had a broken air conditioner and they moved me quickly and offered me free breakfast. The man that was sent to fix the broken air (sorry I don't remember your name) was so friendly and helpful!
Mold in the bathroom and peeling paint in the shower.
Front desk lady was rude. Would not get towels for pool sent to the pool. Would not give extra towels in room.
poor smoking policy. There's a sign for non-smoking in front of the eentrance door, but employee did nothing to stop those smokers to jam in front of the door!!
When we check in, we found out as we unwound, the room has uncompleted turn down service( hair in bath tub, used soap in shower and sink).
