Pet friendly , location
Needs carpet cleaned, staff allowed to smoke in stairwell, couldn't avoid smell.
Inside the room was clean. It was very handy to where we wanted to be.
Outside was dirty. Could use some updating.
It was dirty, smelly, and the walls were paper thin. For the price I paid I could have stayed at a much better hotel!
Nothing! We didn't stay in this motel.
1. We drove past Renfro Valley without seeing the signs on I 75 for the Valley or motel .and ended up at Berea. We called the motels in Renfro Valley and no one had our reservation so we did not go back. 2. Check the highway signs northbound!
Nothing to crow about.
It was clean and the location was good. I would stay again for the price.
The building was old and not very modern inside. The breakfast did not have a lot of choices.
Breakfast was not up to par. Toaster didn't work. Not much to choose from. Inded up going somewhere else for breakfast.
As soon as we opened the door, the smell of stale smoke hit us...even though this was a non-smoking room. Not very clean as there were cobwebs in the bathroom and the coffeemaker was dusty with old coffee grounds in the basket.
Very clean. Surprisingly nice room.
Breakfast looked rather sad but was better than nothing.
The breakfast room was too small. We ended up not eating there as there was no place to sit.
The staff was friendly.
The nonsmoking room stunk of smoke.the 2 mad room the ac was broken. The third room was mildly better but the bathroom had been smoked in and it just felt dirty. We would never go back.
.room key would not work right even after keys were re-made
Close to highway
Cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds. For the price this was a very nice room next to a restauramt that you just walk across the parking lot to making it nice for a tired traveler.
Front desk clerk seemed more interested in talking to her friends that were in the lobby than helping me get a rollaway to my room. Took over an hour to get it....
The lady on night shift was pretty and polite.
open bottle of shampoo left on tub from previous guest.
I found bed begs in my room.
It was nice & clean
I was sorry we ended up on the 2 floor. We had a lot of stuff to take up stairs & my husband had had knee surgery not to long ago.
Lamp by the table didn't work and I had work to do. I had to pull the table to the bed and sit on the bed to work, which was uncomfortable. Also, the hotel was sparsely populated but I had the pleasure of being next to a very loud group.
WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT IT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. When you are in your 70's & 80's the stairs are a challange.
Everything was great
My only real issue was that the non-smoking room smelled like smoke.
This is a nice clean hotel with a good staff. The beds need a little work. I could feel the springs thru the padding. I tryed to snooze a little and just packed up and left. Except for hard beds NOT A bad place to stay
