It was relatively cheap. The two people that checked us in were perky and friendly.
The room that we were in had an uncomfortable Murphy bed in it, a table, and a roll in chest of drawers. And, a small TV. It reminded me of a jail cell. It seems we were punished for buying through Priceline. It did not look like the pictured room at allThe breakfast facilities were way undersized for the crowd. There was a long line. There was no way to get to any drink or food because of the arrangement of the breakfast room. The cramped space was filled with tables chairs and people. You could not navigate to the food, let alone find a seat. There were no biscuits for the gravy. No orange juice. When went back to check later, there was still no biscuits and I had to start at the end of a new line. The setup was not set up in stations but in a line starting at the entrance door. The refrigerator was stocked with a partial pitcher of milk and almost no yogurt. We...
Close to Ball State, good price
Not as clean as I would expect. Mold all over bathtub was totally gross. Simply spraying bleach on it would be a simple fix. Breakfast area is really small for this hotel when full capacity.Breakfast staff needs to adjust for when hotel is at full capacity, refill things more often.
Staff very friendly and helpful
The pool area was digusting. Smelled of mold, condensation from ceiling dripping into pool, chairs with mold on them all around pool area
The room was great, the bed was very nice and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room that I was expecting so that was a good surprise.
It had a spa and heated pool, but the spa did not have any water in it so to me that was a big disappointment. I was looking forward to the spa after my long drive from PA.
We booked the hotel in transit from Ohio to Indiana & were just looking for a cheap overnite stay. It met all that criteria and provided breakfast which is always a bonus.
Room was little stale smelling. The breakfast area was very cramped as the hotel was booked up.Front counter staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was great too.
There was no elevator. The room did not have the pillow top mattresses or flat-screen television as advertised.
Location. Also, nice that it had a small refrigerator and microwave.
Room was so dirty that I never took my socks off. I didn't want to walk on the carpeting. The blanket on the bed had cigarette burns in it. Walls were dirty and in need of painting.I was very disappointed in the overall appearance of the room. The lobby and breakfast area was ok. But our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke although it was a 'NON Smoking hotel'. The room needed painting in the worst way and the carpet was dirty and disgusting. I read the other reviews and figured people were exaggerating - they were NOT!
Some of the TV Channels were not working properly. The Hotel and the rooms need updating - it appears old and tired.
It was so convient to ball state, also nice and clean, quiet
