The location was very nice and the hotel room was of a high standard.
We had dinner in the restaurant however this fell a long way below our expectations. A bit of a disappointment.
Quiet, clean, spacious and elegant
This is not your fault--For reasons unclear, the cab fare price to the airport, a very short drive, was the same as to downtown city center.
big rooms and settings
need a shuttle to and from the airport.
Very plush and comfortable. A quiet refuge from the noise and pollution of Bilbao!
Dinner had a limited menu. This may have related to the fact that we stayed on Sunday and Monday nights.
For beginners golf, driving range is good, but the 9 hole course may explain why the hotel was so quiet
Lack of simple food for children. Difficult to find, we joined a spanish couple who were also lost because "s/n" in the address means sin numero, and if you navigate by post code sat-nav will send you 4km too far north. From the motorway north toward Mungia, take first exit which mentions Laukaritz, and go to the right and 1 km up hill. The motorway exit is opposite a Petronor filling station.
