The breakfast was good base on an Asain Singaporean teast. Only thing need more veg or fuirts.
Internet in the room need extra charge. I take Euro29 for 5 days. And the free internet in the lobby only a set of PC and need to request for password from recept. Also the system is very slow.
Rather easy access from the city centre if you know how to use public transport.
The room with the kitchen was a great value.
The staff were a little bit impolite, they gave us a lower level room without telling us. We spoke with the manager and she solved it immediately.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Situated at a good and quiet location just a min walk to the subway. Rate is resaonable on their sales price. The staffs at the counter are helpful as well and protray a professional attitude.
Stefan was on reception when we arrived are was extremely courtious and helpful
Location is fantastic. The room is very good and large. The elevator is spacy. The whole building seems to be ex-post office. Opt out of breakfast and have it in cafes throughout the town :)
Some of the staff barely spoke english and was unable to answer even questions about the weather. There was a severe problem with constant water (hot or cold) pressure.
it's a very clean and comfortable hotel, extremely well situated near the gärtnerplatz and many charming and not too touristic bars, restaurants and the wonderful arts and crafts swimming pool on the isar.
Excellent location. Room actually had a kitchenette. Very helpful staff and an excellent maintenance man.
The paid hotel parking lets you park in really tight spaces.
Excelent location, very close to downtown and subway station. Clean, nice and quiet.
Internet access is not available in all rooms. A microwave oven in the room would be a great plus!
Location was good, to Subway and to the shopping areas
No, I got the last room of the building. Then being so hot in Munich there was no fan or a/c in the room. The worst part is that they had a delivery at 6am in the morning right below my room, with the loud knocking and talking just below my room for 1/2 hour was terrible.
