It exceeded my expectation for the price.
The hotel was clean. Easy access to the expressway. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Walking distance to Walmart and Restaurants. Pretty much quiet besides the doors being slammed in the morning. Parking was good, but no elevator. Swimming pool nice.
Sheets was not changed the entire stay. Doors being slammed from 8-11 am. Breakfast was just small muffins or cereal with milk that you had to pour out of a gallon container. Fridge in room was nasty. Someone knocking on my door at 1 am and then running.
Honestly can't think of a thing that was good about this hotel.
Booked a month in advance. When we arrived at 2:00pm, NONE of the rooms had been cleaned. We were given keys to three different rooms before they found one that was ALMOST clean, and we had to wait. Room was very run down, old and musty.
Very honest people..my husband left his wedding ring in the bathroom area...we were like 5 hrs away n remembered.. Called the hotel and it was still were he left it!!
Close to the places I needed to go for daughters basketball games
They painted the sidewalk during the day so the main entrance was closed. Could've painted during the week with less traffic coming and going
I was able to check in early, and the front desk staff were very nice.
That they charged my card before the stay. The continnetal breakfast wasn't very good. The yogurt was to warm.
Good location, friendly staff, overall was a good hotel and stay was fine.
Bathroom could have been cleaner, breakfast options were bare minimum.
There wasn't a iron in room, called front desk said they didn't have any. Bed was kind of uncomfortable also.
When I checked in and got to my room the covers were stained and dirty. I requested a clean cover and had to remake the bed with new sheets, covers and pillow cases
Free parking, sheets smelled clean, shower head had different settings, the room had cable, it was close to plenty of shops/stores/restaurants, the staff were polite and helpful, there were plenty of clean towels, breakfast was limited but good.
Loose tile and dirty seams in the bathroom/shower, found fast food wrapper trash behind nightstand (I guess they don't clean THAT thoroughly), breakfast bar was severely limited, cigarette burns on bed blanket, chair had torn/tattered upholstery
It was horrible and would like to file a claim. It was dark and scary and had mold in the bathroom I had to check out as soon as I checked in.
Dirty and moldy yuck.
The rooms were clean and breakfast was OK.
The hall smelled like smoke but the hotel was non-smoking.
It was close to interstate exit. there were several restaurants nearby.
The staff and location.
Breakfast area was very small and boxed stored by the back door.
It was very close to MTSU- our reason for the visit!
The tv wasn't working properly! Staff were not friendly! They weren't really mean, but only cordial! There was no iron in room! Towels really smelled bad! Room was so hot upon check in that it took up until the next morning for the temp to cool down!
Clean, comfortable, quiet even tho many of the guests were playing in a tournament. They were all very respectful of others. Location was a little hard to find the first time, but after that no problem. Having a pool was great.
Breakfast area was small....seating was for 12, but that was too many... A number of guests just filled plates with the pastries and took back to their rooms.
Provided the essential amenities at a reasonable price, free wifi, clean and neat room, pleasant staff.
The shampoo offered seemed to be very old, luckily we had our own shampoo so we didn't have to use it.
clean room , friendly staff
Very helpful front desk staff member working the evening shift. Made suggestions for dining out and even unclogged our bathtub drain; a service that should have been performed during the day by the maintenance staff.
The daytime front desk person seemed lax in performing his duties and was, generally, unenthusiastic. Facility is very close to a major freeway and is, therefor, a bit noisy.
Our daughter and her family live in Murfreesboro and we stay here every time we come to visit. It is very nice.
Upon arriving back our second night our key would not work to get us in the building, so we had to walk around and go in the front door, and they had to re activate our key. That was a big inconvenience!
Pet friendly no charges, clean comfortable beds, fridge worked good parking entrance access good - overall good for the $
Breakfast room extremely small for motel size, pool closed / covered, limited pillows small for beds.....
I had never stayed in a RR INN before, I think I was expecting a little more. and the price was a little high for the room.
