With close proximity to all Myrtle Beach attractions, this resort leaves nothing to wish for.
Check in was quick. The staff was friendly. We were on the 20th floor in an ocean view room. The view was beautiful and the room was the perfect size for two people. The floor to ceiling windows were amazing.
Parking was across the street.
The convenience to the beach.
Parking & noise were a factor. It was mustang week & due to the cars on the strip we did not get to sleep until almost 2am. The TV in the main bedroom had parental controls set from the previous occupants & the staff could not take them off.
They only had 1 bed. when I was looking at places to stay I put in 2 beds for 4 people. This did not make us very happy
My wife and I enjoyed the location and the price of the hotel for the season.
I enjoyed the room features such as glass walls and quietness.
inside pool being very small.
The view from our room was fabulous. You could see all of the city AND the water
Only 2 elevators for all those people
We stayed there in Sept. 08. We had reservations for 3 nights in an ocean view room. It had a good view and the room was GREAT!!! We wanted to stay an extra night and wanted a ocean front room. The people at the front desk checked it out and there was an ocean front room for us. We are going back in March next year. You've got to try this one.
I can't say enough good about this hotel. Excellent customer service, the black lady that checked me in was very friendly (sorry, can't remember your name and have looked through everything hoping it was on something) in assisting me. I checked in on 6/4/08 (to an ocean front room on the 8th floor-my request) and was going to check out on 6/7/08, but this hotel was so incredible I wanted to stay an additional night, so called the front desk on 6/6/08 and spoke to Lisa. She informed me that she did not have an ocean front room available for 6/7/08, but could place me in an ocean view room or a city view room. I was in agreement since I did not want to leave. Within 2 hours she called back with incredible news! She had worked it out that I could stay in the same exact room for an additional night!!! She did not have to even tell me this, but did since she knew I really wanted to stay in this ocean front room for an additonal night. Everyone at this hotel was friendly, everything was extremely clean. Will return for ALL future trips to Myrtle Beach!!!
This is the best hotel I have ever been to I advise anyone to go and dee the Sea Glass Tower at Myrtle Beach.
I thought the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was the best hotel bathroom I have ever been in. It had a big sink, mirror, and the bathtub was to die for. It was the first hotel bathroom I have never felt cramped in. The living room had windows all around it, which mad it fabulous. The entire hotel was fabulous
