Hotel, service, views, food, amazing!
rooms pretty small and lacking privacy but rest of hotel amazing
Everything. food was good. Staff great and very friendly. Nice relaxed atmostphere and the beach is fab.
Balcony chairs could've been a bit more comfortable and the speration between balconies higher to give more privacy.
An incredible location, amazingly helpful staff and a totally relaxed environment.
The all white interior can feel a little bit sterile. The food was good but not exceptional.
The staff were amazing!
The staff of the hotel were exceptionally and, I think, genuinely friendly. This was crucial in creating a very comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was top-notch. A sumptuous menu combined with very good wines and excellent service provided a dining experience of very high quality.
The staff at reception was a bit short on knowledge of activities and related information. This was exacerbated by the dogged presumption that all guests are first-time visitors to the Amalfi Coast. As someone who has previously visited the Coast on multiple occasions, though not Praiano where the hotel is situated, this was rather frustrating. Staff would be better to (1) listen and be attentive, and (2) assume that guests at such a hotel are seasoned travellers.
