I like only that hotel staff was very friendly and nice.
In the description of hotel : "one bottle of the wine gratis as a welcome" in real no wine, nobody even ask if I would like to have it. room are not comfortable at all but I can undarstand that because of the price but why booking.com is so not honest? The descriptions are so nice... seems all hotels are perfect but when you arrive....!!! cleanness - big minus, dust on the wardrobe, surroundings not nice at all. one star hotel - on booking.com: two stars
The hotel is in good central position, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was really nice.
The noice at night disturbed us a little bit, though hotel is in the narrow street without almost any traffic, but there were people shouting loudly at night. There is also very difficult to find parking around - gladly the staff helped us with that a lot.
Excelent locatiot, few minutes walking distance from central station, old town, port. Very very nice and helpful staff! Great value for money.
Very large rooms, very nicely decorated. Breakfast room was nice and service was friendly.
Difficult to find. Staff only sporadically available. Shower stall so small that if you drop the soap, you can't pick it up! Breakfast room opened an hour late.
The staff, once found, were very helpful, despite the language barrier, and had a lot of great suggestions for seeing the old city, including the pizzeria with the best pizza I have ever tasted. Bathroom details broke at the slightest usage on the first night but had been completely replaced before I came back without me having to say anything...
Hotel is in a labyrinthine part of town so not so easy to find, and the surroundings are a bit off-putting. No-one answered the door on arrival and after some confused phone calls it took some nervous minutes (standing around with an expensive laptop in a back alley) before someone arrived (in fact, appearances were deceptive and the part of town was fine). One issue (for me) was lack of an elevator but a strong staff member helped me with my heavy equipment case on check-out... Lack of a breakfast was unusual but kept the price down and allowed me to get breakfast on the way to my work and therefore experience a bit more of Naples. To be clear, this is a budget hotel
Friendly people. Room simple, but comfortable.
Difficult to locate.
The hotel is hard to find amidst a labyrinth of streets in not a particulary good area of the city.
three rooms were very nice and the location was quite convenient. The owners were incredibly nice and helpfull, and made the stay very enjoyable
it was a bit hard to find at first as it is a fairly small street, and noise might be a slight problem, but all of Napoli is quite loud haha
Very helpful and friendly family-run hotel, very close to centre of city.
Very noisy outside at night, beds not that comfortable, were woken up to banging on our door - never found out why. It was very hard to find and a very small sign - walked past it a few times before finding it.
Confortable room (everything was clean and fixed) and good situation. Very friendly stuff. They were very helpful. Grazie mille!
