Pool hours not clearly posted except for on the closed sign - pool towels not available at the pool - no free breakfast - peeling ceiling in bathroom - no bathroom fan
Room was outdated. Walk from car to room.was extremely long. Always a party going on
I was kept up past midnight by loud families in the adjoining room. Both nights there were families with young children. I could here every word of my neighbor's conversations, which tells me that the door needs to have better sound insulation.
The room was just an averager room...no micro or refrigerator even...
I thought the breakfast buffet could have been better presented The choice of cereal was poor and not too healthy. The toaster was very slow!
Clean, modern, well designed.
Just a regular aging hotel that is in need of an update.
Hotel was run down and is riding on the crowne plaza name.
The TV set up couldn't see what was on or order movies
The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and spacious. We stayed for an anniversary weekend. Would definitely stay here again.
The drinks in the bar were less than acceptable. I had a Midori sour that was yellow from the sour mix. No flavor. We watched the bartender make drinks for her friends that came in after and that was definitely not the case with them.
Road sign for entrance was not in a good, visible location. The address on the site is incorrect
The lobby is inviting. The staff very friendly. The room - nice.
I really think the room was less enjoyable than many Comfort Inns I have stayed at. Same room, but your hotel had no refrigerator or microwave. No breakfast included. I just wasn't as impressed as I had hoped for the rating this hotel gets.
Very bad bed and matresseswifi was not workingsnobby sraff
The pool and Jacuzzi were nice.
I expected a lot more from a Crowne Plaza
Nice restaurant, lobby and location
The bed was horrible and the HVAC system is as a bad as it gets.
The location was good and the rooms were spacious.
The plumbing in the bathroom was faulty. Slow running taps and the water did not drain quickly from the tub/shower. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were rock hard.
The gym was nice to have on the premise and it wasn't bad for a 'hotel' gym. The host of the hotel restaurant was fantastic. I can't recall his name but he was a real standout. So much so, I would like to write a letter to the owner of the restaurant.
The one thing that did happen when we were leaving is that my daughter's foot got stuck in the auto sliding doors in the front lobby. My wife had to pry the doors open. My daughter was pretty upset.
Starbucks coffee to purchase in the lobby.
Room wasn't ready at 3:00 check in time, couldn't check in until 4:30. I saw dozens of people check in after I had tried.
It's proximity to my venue and price and amenities.
The bed was too small and very uncomfortable.
The hotel was very nice and the room and bedding was clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
A fridge in the room would of been nice.
There were three HUGE weddings at the hotel the nite I was booked to stay... the check in process was HORRENDOUS... and it is not as though a wedding is an unforeseen event-- no apologies, etc were offered... what a waste of money!
Was there anything satisfactory about the hotel? NO!!!! The gift shop open until 4pm on Sat and until 1pm on Sun... Is this the 1950s???
The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was very friendly.
The noise coming from the heat/air conditioner was unbearable. We even turned it off so we could get some sleep. However, the one next door kept waking us up.
Room Air Conditioner was the worst ever. Noise level to high and started up like a slow engine and picked up speed and noise level.
The amenities and the cleanliness.
I was disappointed that there were no movies available on Pay Per View nor a mini-bar in the room with a refrigerator. For a three and a half star hotel, I felt there should have been.
The location was great.
Breakfast was not included in the room fee. If you wanted a refrigerator in the room you have to pay $5 a night!
Broken elevators , poor bathroom if this is 3 1/2 stars I'd hate to see 3-
Staff great! Service very good.
Air conditioning in room very noisy. Kept me up most of the night
rooms were clean but could use a makeover. the staff at check-in were gossiping amongst each other and took several minutes for them to breakaway and check me in. the morning staff, on the other hand, were pleasantly helpful. room service was great.
I stayed at this hotel for 5 days on a business trip. The room appeared to be well-kept and overall clean. The outside landscaping was beautiful and the hotel is located in a very quiet area, close to a shopping area. The staff were very nice and the room-service was great and quick. I would stay here again.
My wife and I just got married this past weekend, and we stayed for 2 nights including the night of our wedding. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room, and a nice soft king sized bed. The amenities are superb. I love the big screen TV. My wife and I are avid sports fans, and we were able to watch all three local sports teams play. The TVs are much better than other hotels I've stayed at where you can barely get reception, but not here! They have a really nice health club at the Crown Plaza in Nashua. I didn't really get to use it, but I checked it out, and it is spacious and has a pool and hot tub and full training center. Also, even though room service had closed for the evening, the pub was open until after midnight with food available for pickup. We didn't get much, just a burger and a personal pan pizza, but it really hit the spot, and it was nice knowing that we were able to get food even though it was so late. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting the Nashua area. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Specifically, if you are newlyweds, and looking for a place to stay for the night or two before your honeymoon starts, this is the place!!
All I have to say is I have never had a better hotel experience then at the Crowne Plaza in Nashua, NH. I really got that hometown vibe when dealing with the hotel workers, and everyone is always ready to assist with my every need. The only issue I had was the remote control batteries died, so I really can't complain!! The beds are so comfortable, and the entire hotel seemed to be in tip top shape. Congratulations on such a beautiful hotel, and thanks for a great stay!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Nashua, NH area.
At first blush our room was adequate. We arrived just in time to drop our bags and head back down to MA to pick up our daughter from camp. Returned late; swam for a while; bed. In the morning I noticed that both the bathroom vent and hair drier were not functioning. Unfortunately the rest of my family was still asleep when I reported this to the front desk clerk, who promised to have them fixed that day. Returned to our room about 4pm, housekeeping had not yet arrived. When we finally hunted them down, they did a less than adequate job ? no clean glasses, returned dirty coffee mugs to their holders, no new blow drier, vent still not working. Again went to the lobby to see desk clerk who offered to move us (declined ? we were headed out to dinner) 10% off dinner at the hotel (declined) or complimentary breakfast (accepted). Again, initially satisfied that they were serious about customer service, however, the ?complimentary? breakfast was really a discounted breakfast since nothing on the menu was less than the $8 value of the ?gift?. What irks me the most is that the ?complimentary? breakfast was misleading. We had to read the fine print on the coupons to see that they were subject to such a low limit. How much could breakfast really cost them?
