the only thing we liked about the hotel is it was close to everything we wanted to do
we had to change rooms 3x the first room the ceiling was falling in and the outlet was hanging out of the wall the fridge was iced up inside and the plug in in the bathroom didn't work at all plus the shower sprayed all over the bathroom.the hotel was horrible and the owners are hateful people i should have asked for my money back but i couldn't find another hotel with vacancy due to a giant concert that weekend so we was stuck in this crappy hotel
The hotel was priced just right and very close to everything we wanted to do/see. Never needed to get back on the interstate. Rooms were old/outdated, but that was fine for the price. We were only in the room to sleep, so perfect.
Could have been updated and a cleaner. Overall good stay.VERY convenient location. Just miles from the statium, 2nd ave, downtown. For XXX we got a decent room and a pool. Rooms had fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, plenty of towels. Not a 5 Star, but a decent place to crash in a great location. We will stay again. Staff very friendly.
The staff was friendly.
It's in bad shape and the beds are not comfortable. The facilities have definitely seen better days. The staff is nice enough, but the area it is located is not good and the hotel itself is in bad shape. It's cheap for a reason!
Nice pool. Great location if you are going to a concert at th Woods at Fontanel.
Lots of noisy families who let their children run screaming down the hall early in the morning, which really isn't the hotel's fault that some people are lousy parents.
everything.it looked cheap and looked like it was in a shady neighborhood. I was scared to have my car in the parking lot. I ended up not staying there...but Priceline would not give me my money back-not even the money for the second night. I understand keeping the first night's fee but not the entire fee!
quietness. staff very friendly
noout of a possible 10 i give this hotel a 8.
GOOD CABLE YV selections
I prefer walk out Hotels. Where you walk directly outside from your room. Or at least have a balcony. This hotel does not accomodate that.
The staff were really friendly. I booked two rooms and one of them was not acceptable. She was apologetic and changed the room right away. They also were able to accommodate locating the rooms close to each other even though I booked them separately.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The queen size was slightly ,ore comfortable than the doubles in the second room. The small refrigerator was shabby and the air/heater was missing the front grill. This was the room I requested to be changed. You get what you pay for. The shower was hot and the heat worked. The cable was minimal, but that was expected. The staff was really nice though...even volunteered to take some photos of our group in the lobby.
