This place was NASTY...So dirty, stinky and nasty...The whole building should be torn down and redone. In the room there were burns in the covers, the toilet moved when you sat down, the ceiling was about to fall in, the bath tub was so nasty that I went to Walmart to buy shower shoes...The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I also bought towels and wash clothes because the ones they had in the room looked used. Honestly I feel like they should have PAID ME..to stay there.
Good breakfast and convenient to lots of attractions.
Hotel is right off of freeway, it is easy to find. The hotel altogether was drabby and not well taken care of. Floors had stains all over them, comforters had burn holes in them toilets did not want to flush half the time. I'm just glad we did not spend much time in the room. The only thing I can say that worked well and was pretty clean was the pool and the A/C work great!
The elevator and hallways were very warm and had an odor to them. Even though our room was non smoking, it had a smoke odor to it. For the price, it was sufficient. We were in a clean bed, and were able to shower the next morning. Very close to Walmart and restaurants. I would go there again.
We just needed a place to sleep to break up our trip from MN to FL, and aside from the noise in the hallways, this place was sufficient.
The motel is right by the interstate so it is very noisy. The heat/air unit was like a wall unit and was missing a knob. The walls are paper thin so the people next to us who were 'up all night' we could hear them. You could even hear th in the hall. I complained to the front desk and you could hear the phone ring fromthe hall way. I have 2 small kids who could hear everything.should have paid more money and went somewhere else where the walls are thicker and the people are not trashy. Also we put our Please clean room sign and te room never got cleaned. Then we called the front desk ad we were told it would be cleaned the next day. After complaining enough the manager changed the sheets him self. You get what you pay for. If all you need is a place to shower and lay your head it will work but the place is just dirty.
This hotel is exactly what I expected for the price. It was clean, had a working restroom, towels and allowed us to have somewhere to sleep. The staff was curtious. The breakfast they provided was standard to every hotel I have ever stayed in. I would stay here again for the price that I paid.
I stayed here twice with my family of five on different weeks, and had no issues. The room was nothing special, although it was nice to have a little fridge. The waffles were good, although the waffle maker was out of order during one of our stays. I'd recommend this location for road trip purposes.
The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the smell of the hotel. The room had something white all over the floor that was blowing out of the heater, there was a hole in the wall that had a washcloth stuck in it and the bathroom was not very clean. It also smelled like someone had been cooking something that smelled up the hallway...it wasn't very pleasant. I will continue to use Super 8 hotels, I just would not recommend this one.
I would never stay here again. The pictures on Travel Website for this hotel are not real. The room was sweltering hot. The hallways were creepy and humid. There was no blow-dryer, no bathroom trashcan, the smoke alarm in the room was dangling from the ceiling with no battery. We asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like it was a smoking room. Too close to the highway. Its in a bad part of town and hearing sirens all night is not fun. At one point the fire alarm went off at 4am. The fire fighters came, but they said it was only a false alarm. Not happy. Another thing is that it's not close to downtown at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!
The room was clean but the toilet would not flush and the shower did not have very much water pressure. There was a coffee pot but no where to plug it in.There was stacks of lumber that lined the hallways. The breakfast wasn't nothing to brag about, store bought pastries and coffee. The beds were hard and pillows were flat.
This is a good hotel for the price I paid. The front desk was friendly, and room service was quick. I enjoyed my overall hotel experience and it did meet my standards for the price I paid. It is conveniently located just a few minutes from my sisters home where we had Christmas dinner. It is also located very close to several other attractions that were of interest to me. I would use this hotel again.
Overall pretty good, the room needed better upkeep, there was 1X12 boards outside my door and I couldn't tell you what they were using them for, and when we entered our room there was an unusual odor,I believe it was some time of musk or incense, but once we turned on the a/c that went away.
We won't be staying here again. It works for the money, but smelled awful. I think they febreezed a little too much. The beds were real springy, and OLD. The bathrooms shower faucet was barely hanging on. I wouldn't recomend this hotel. The best part was they location. It was right off the highway in Nashville.
Stayed at this motel for 2 nights. Good location from northern highways, so-so from central Nashville (had to drove thru a seedy area of town) Free continental breakfast needs inprovement - offered coffee, juice, donuts and English muffins- toaster handle was broken, had to hold handle down while toasting. Housekeeping staff was eating the breakfast food, so frequently have to ask desk to replenish. Hallway carpeting did not seem to be vacuumed regularly.
Hotel was dirty, carpets stained. Sheets were NEVER changed. Had to activate room key every day. Room smelled. Insufficient pillows - gave us a bedspread as a substitute for pillow!
it was next to the interstate(noise). There was a pile of Shingles? between the Hotel and parking lot. There was grass clippings in the pool that were cleaned out about three days later. The key cards worked intermittedly in the door. After complaining about our cards the manager in an indignant manner came back and showed us that we ''didn't know how to open a door'' and the special combination to open the door. For internet service you sat next to a window used the Neighbor' Hotel's wireless. NOt a secure area. the reception window had a two inch glass across it.
