non english speaking staff, the cleanliness of the hotel room and preparedness of the roomThe price too expensive for that type of room plumbing was inoperable and not so friendly as I expected I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for that price. They should better cleaning agents also
The room looked and awesome and even smelled clean.
Nope, not a thing.
close to many tourist attractions
breakfast foods were often overcooked, so a free breakfast really wasn't that great
The beds were super comfortable and the location was great!
The rooms could use some updating.
Smoking room unacceptable but unavoidable, told this is a priceline 'glitch'. When I went 2 find anyone 2 get wife clean pillowcase, found maint. man in 3rd floor storage room making his rollout up 4 good night's rest. Not me. Momma not happy.I have stayed many times on priceline. Can't believe this experience. Won't use priceline again. My new wife's 1st experience. It's a 'no go' she said. Maintenance Mgr looked much better than I did at check out. He also doubled as front desk attendant. Busy weekend in Nashville I know, but I got it all weekend about being too scotch. That hurt. I usually pride myself on quality and value.
Nothing. When we arrived we were told that the room we got is a smoking room and that nothing else is available. The room was smelly and you can't open the windows.
The staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect for an Opryland stay.
Bathrooms were not as clean as a bathroom should be in a hotel bathroom.
Convenient location to Opry area. Easy access, convenient parking. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast with a variety of items. Very large breakfast room.
Lobby and front desk area need upgrading. The hotel is in a convenient location if you are visiting the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, etc. My first impression upon entrance was that the front area is in great need of updating. Plus the check-in clerk didn't over extend himself to greet guests. Had good parking area (key entry) side door that made it very convenient for handicapped travelers. Room was adequate, nothing fancy, just the basics. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were much better than those I have seen in most hotels. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and a hairdryer. The usual toiletry items were provided, however, only shampoo - no conditioner. The breakfast area is very large, has a good selection of food and it stays open later on weeken...
The people in the room next to us were loud and I didn't sleep the best.
You could tell they were trying to upgrade the hotel.
The walls in the room were dirty, and the renovation they did in the room was inadequate. The hallways and breakfast room were nice. The lobby was old. This hotel is ok. It is easy to see they are trying to renovate and make it nicer. The hallways and breakfast room are nice. My room itself was ok, the walls were dirty and in need of paint. The furnishings were fairly nice. The lobby needs attention. I would stay here again, but only if I got a deal like I did for this trip.
