Pros:Staff was great. The girl at the counter was just helping out so it took a little while but she was very friendly and it made the wait much better.Cons:Nothing. we got a much better vehicle than expected and it was a great experience. we will definitely use National next time we travel.Reviewed Nov 20 2019
