Good experiencePros:Easy interface on line to find, reserve vehicle. Received confirmation promptly. When picking up vehicle at National, rep was pleasant, helpful and reservation was in the system with no hassles. Dropping off I got 2 thank yous from staff as I was walking inside.Cons:When picking up the insurance offered was much higher than when it was offered online.
