Won’t rent from national ever again!Pros:Nothing! Worst experience everCons:Rep tried forcing me to buy insurance after telling her that my credit card cover insurance. After going back and forth and I finally agreed to buy insurance cause I just wanted to get it over with. The rep refused to rent me the car afterwards. On top of that, they did not have the car I had reserve wich was a minivan. Whats the point of making a reservation if you’re not going to have the car you specifically reserved? Will never ever bother with national. And will not recommended to anyone.Reviewed Dec 31 2018
