The price was good for the basics. Clean and good location.
The hotels elevators are old and for 300 plus rooms they have 3 sometimes with only 1 working most of the time and the staff with big working equipment took up all the room. slowelevators. watch they will charge for everything water, phone parking $30It is an old holiday inn they are just starting to redo it not what u would expect from a wyndam but the price was good
The Location of the hotel was good. We were able to walk to a lot of good places. The staff were friendly.
Parking price to high. There was no refrigerator in room. They cleaned our room and forgot to give us washcloths. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The Hotel was okay. What made it tolerable was the staff and location.
The staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were clean, couldn't ask for more for the price . Pool was nice and warm
There was supposed to be free breakfast but there was not.Nice place , clean , staff was attentive . Nice warm Pool. The attached Reastaurant leaves a lot to be desired though.
Close to bourbon, Beautiful view from the 20th floor.
Elevator seemed very unsturdy, check in staff was rude. They couldn't find my reservation. Had me call priceline to re-fax confirmation papers (waited an hour) So i got manager involved he fixed everything even gave us free parking for our stay.Seems they are in the middle of renovating, might be why things do not run so smoothly with check-in. Some of the staff was very friendly and welcoming but others was quite rude. Manager very good guy seemed like just overall hotel is not on same page. I talked to few other guest who had same problem checking in. I recommend you wait till they finish remodeling!elevator just doesn't feel safe!
The location was great
It was very shabby and we had to run the water for over five minutes for it to even be lukewarm. Need some serious updating
Location in French Quarter
It is an old building. The room was never cleaned during our entire stay.Great location. Nice staff. Poor room quality (needs updated).
Parking was high .Location was unbelievable for cost.
The staff was great, the pool was heated and salt water and it was right in the French quarters where we were able to walk around and see everything
No it was great. I am going back next year and will plan to stay here againThe Hotel was great! I would highly recommend it!
Location (right in the French Quarter), good price, restaurant in the hotel
Slow elevator (one of them was broken during our stay), bugs in the bed! Clorox smell (in the air, towels, linens, etc)I got a really good deal on Priceline, so won't complain too much about this hotel. My stay here was generally satisfactory. The elevators were small and slow. One of them was broken during our stay. We stayed on the 10th floor, where the indoor swimming pool was located, so it smelled like chlorine in the air, which was not pleasant. Parking is expensive ($30 per night) -- they charge the same rate for their guests and the public. I am aware of the lack of parking in the area, and was glad that the hotel had parking (there are some that do not have parking) but wish it had been a little cheaper for the hotel guests who were staying at the hotel. We got bug bites after staying here for three nights. There was a dog staying next door, so it may have come fr...
Bedbugs! (or tick or mite?) Expensive Parking ($30/day), slow/broken/small elevator, no complimentary breakfast, small room, a dog barking all night long right next door!
