Don’t just visit New Orleans. Savor it - at Q&C.
At the heart of storied and soulful New Orleans is Q&C. Tucked between the French Quarter, the Warehouse/Arts District and Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, it's the perfect launching pad for your escapades—no matter what you’re seeking. While the hotel is committed to the timeless spirit of Southern hospitality, they're not your daddy’s hotel. The Q&C team is devoted to spreading the gospel of New Orleans’s greatest undiscovered experiences to all its guests - whether you're a Saints fanatic, music aficianado or simply in town on business.
This historic building was completely reimagined in 2014. The design of Q&C embraces the historic bones of the building, giving guests a peak at the past with a glimpse of original brick walls and wood floors, while thoroughly catering to modern sensibilities
Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern, excellent food in the bar
The walls seemed a little thin, so when a family with screaming kids moved in next door, I could hear everything. I called the front desk about the noise and they immediately handled it. Great customer service, but the thin walls make it difficult to have a quiet room.
Beautiful hotel- perfect mix of modern and traditional style. Great drinks and light food in lobby. Service very good, location quiet but able to quickly and easily walk anywhere. Highly recommended.
The concept was great. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel is located centrally to walk to all available attractions. highly recommended
If had to be picky, the shower water was not very hot and due the shower not having a complete door, water tended to get the floors very slippery.
The location was amazing!! The staff was friendly.
They never changed our sheets. They just kept making the bed everyday with the same sheets. The parking is super expensive and there is no free parking for the hotel anywhere.
My wife and I were in town for a wedding. We only stayed 1 night, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were awesome and the room was a little small but really comfortable.
I didn't like the fact the we only stayed 1 night
The hotel was aesthetically beautiful and the staff was very frieldly. The restaurant was good and had a good happy hour.
The bed was not very comfortable, especially the bedding, and the bathroom was cramped. There was a drinking ban on the tap water but we were not informed by the hotel. Also, the tap water was warm and hot, never cold. there was construction happening in fron if the hotel the entire time and we were not informed and no one apologized for the inconvenience/noise.
The hotel was beautifully decorated. The location was great, not too far from the main attractions of Nola. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant and bar located in the hotel was excellent also.
The history behind the hotel, launge was really nice.
The expenses of the stay We stayed there before and was a little less before.
Convenient and beds were comfortable
Small rooms and no self parking in a secure parking deck
Great location. Close to French Quarter. I went for a conference and it was also walking distance from the conference venue. The TV channels didn't work, but since I wasn't there to watch TV, didn't care much for that and didn't report it. The phone line didn't work either, but didn't notice it until I was leaving. The up side, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. One day there was no water because they were doing some work; however, the did let us know in advance. BTW, if you decide to stay here, go have breakfast at Commerce restaurant, down one block from Q&C and have de CBB special. It's the real thing.
The hotel is at a great location. Incredibly walkable but just far enough off of the French Quarter to avoid the loud noises and smells you expect in the heart of Bourbon Street. Recently remodeled, it has a very clean and updated feel. I really enjoyed the decor. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
The room was super cute, huge tv, friendly staff, grill and bar had awesome offers, hip and a very good distance from the french quarter
The sink and toilet kept clogging, but the staff was super nice and responsive to the dilemma.
Great location friendly staff beautiful and peaceful
It is an easy walk to the French Quarter without staying directly in the French Quarter.
There is ZERO water pressure when you try and take a shower. The staff were not very helpful and the rooms are tiny and there wifi did not work. The biggest issue was the fire alarm going off at 5 am, because it was accidentally set off by a staff member, and they didn't want to walk up the stairs to inform anyone it was a false alarm. They waited until you were on the main floor to tell you. I wasn't at the hotel very often but if I was there was virtually no customer service. I would not suggest staying here. It is not worth the price or the hassle of dealing with the hotels lack of accommodations.
I liked the location to so many of the attractions of New Orleans.
I did not like the hotel being separated into two different buildings and the second building being drastically more "run-down" than the main building.
Light breakfast but it was included Good location Easy check in/out Good wireless internet Safe In room coffee Good drink specials in bar Comfy bed
Very small room Akward shape room A little dirty (vents, dust, etc.) not the bed or shower Noisy (inside and out) Very slow elevator Very small exercise room Extra "facilities" charge of $10 a night No real concierge
Location was good.
Not terribly clean. Television and associated furniture of low quality. Breakfast was unusually poor for this type of hotel.
The location was great
Small room, booked a queen bed and had a double bed, poor water pressure in shower, loud housekeeping staff at 8am!
