Pros:I liked the price I paid. I didn't expect much for the price, say cheaper towels, harder mattress, tv quality, etc.,,,but cleanliness is a must!
Cons:Our non-smoking room had 2 ashtrays in it. There was an old bike with a flat tire chained to the post directly outside our door. The a/c cut on and off and the toilet ran all night unless you turned the water off at the toilet valve...but the worst thing of all was the room smelled so much like pee that we left in the early hours of the morning without brushing our teeth or showering. We couldn't sleep at all with all the maintenance issues cutting on and off much less the room smelled like a port-a-let. I "got far less than what I paid for" which wasn't much....

Pros:The lady at the desk was very nice. I asked about late check out and she said. I will put you in for noon checkout.
Cons:Very over priced and did not meet up the the reviews. most things had been recently painted maybe 1-2 years. Walking across the floor i could feel wood? lifting under the carpet as I walked. The bathroom where kind of new (2-4 years). the toilet was so short that my 5 foot tall wife even said something. LOL The TV remote was missing, When we went to the office, it was locked and we could not find a button to ring. :( The bed was very uncomfortable because is sank very low... :( The entire motel smelled like curry. I was woken at 10:45am by the gentlemen at the front desk asking me was I staying another night? Explained to him about the late checkout. He said there is nothing in the books. I told him I will be out by noon. Went over to their complimentary breakfast, they had coffee(which i do not drink), a drink dispenser and The only way I would tell anyone to stay there would be for $29 a night.

Pros:Its the nicest hotel close to Port Richie. Its an alright place to stay in a pinch.
Cons:It could have been alot cleaner. I dont think the carpet in my room had been shampoo in years. I would definitely not stay here with children as prostitutes were being chased off by staff all night.
