Spanning across 250 sq ft, each of these cabins provides guests with either a private terrace or direct views of the Hudson River, as well as luxury complimentary toiletries and a flat-screen television. Dating all the way back to the year 1908, the Jane Hotel is known for being both historic and unique. Originally known as the American Seaman’s Friend Society Sailors’ Home and Institute, the building was planned by William A. Boring, the famous architect that was also responsible for the Ellis Island’s immigrant station. Although the hotel was initially built for the purpose of housing sailors, it was renovated in 2008, allowing the building to keep its original charm while also being equipped with modern amenities.

Because of its central location in the West Village, the Jane Hotel is within easy walking distance of numerous parks, museums, and sites. The Hudson River Park is directly across the street from the hotel and is a scenic place to take a stroll or enjoy a picnic, while the Whitney Museum is a 3m walk away and houses a variety of exhibits related to American art.
