The location was excellent, close to Subway, great restaurants and shopping.
Noise in room on 11th floor (119) coming from elevator (we think) was like someone using an industrial stapler in the early morning hours. Unfortunately I'm a light sleeper.
very clean. Staff is extremely hospitable. wonderful food. superb location
fitness room is way too small
Great location. Great decor. The books everywhere gave it a cool and relaxing atmosphere. Loved housekeeping twice a day. Quiet. I really liked that they have no tub. Showers are so much cleaner and relaxing.
No bar. No restaurant....yet. We should of been told of that when we booked.
Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was excellent. Service was excellent. That is the most important to me. I will defintely return to this wonderful hotel and gladly recommend it to friends/colleagues/family!
Believe it or not, in my room (56) the toilet paper holder is located in a very awkward location -- sort of gets in the way.
The staff, particularly concierge, were amazing. Not only were they efficient in making bookings for us but they suggested some fantastic restaurants for us to visit. The room was quite big for a NY hotel. The bed was fantastically comfortable and we loved the Kiehl's bathroom products. The location of the hotel was excellent - so convenient for site seeing and shopping. We also loved Kittichai - fantastic food. All in all, a fantastic stay. Thank you!!!
The room. It is elegant, modern and trendy, well designed all at once. .Love the bar and the access to Kittichai restaurant which has amazing food!
Loud music in the reception area. It could still be cool and upbeat without blaring music that was not welcoming at all.
We enjoyed our stay. The price we paid for the hotel was very reasonable. It was in a good location and the staff was friendly.
Lack of lobby computer to access the internet.
