Location to soho is excellent
Room smelled like cigarettes -called the front desk, the guy on duty kept arguing that it was a non smoking hotel. Shower leaked so the entire bathroom was an inch deep in water- refused to move us until midnight but my daughter was asleep. Room was tinyI would not return. Staff refused to move me with smell issue- they said there were no rooms. Then offered to move us after the flood in our room. They know these problems exist and do not fix them. Room was so small, you couldn't walk around the queen bed. Only good thing was being so close to soho. Very expensive for the poor quality of hotel.
The bathroom was beautiful and quite spacious
Rooms were very small. No place to put a suitcase or much space for personal items.Cute, relatively clean boutique hotel. Rooms are very small but you need to take into consideration it is New York (rooms are usually smaller) and it is only a 2-2.5 star.
The complimentary coffee and hot chocolate were a nice treat. Also the front desk staff was friendly and competent. The hotel was very close to subway location which was a bonus. Finally, the roof top public space is a great spot for morning coffee.
One negative about the hotel is that it does not accommodate families very well. Our room was very small. Also the frosted glass that separated the bathroom from the bedroom may be a concern for some. All in all I would recommend the hotel for couples.
Rooftop terrace and kind employees.
Breakfast consisted of coffee and tea - for xxx they could throw in a cracker or a yogurt... After reading reviews about breakfast i was very shocked that there was absolutely nothing.
The staff charged me for extra 10$ per night, and refused to give me receipt. The staff wanted service fee from me for 10$ per night When I checked in.But,they found various excuses to deny to give me a receipt when I checked out. Why does not the price I bided in the priceline include the extra service fee? Or, the hotel want to get an extra income? These things are disgusting!!!
The room looked like a place people are taken to be exterminated. There are literally no bedroom lights in the ceiling and it is very dark. The floors are dirty and even the limited cabinet and desk space is old and filthy.I will never return.
Very stylish & attractive hotel located near subway, plus close to Soho shopping, Little Italy, Noho, and other great location. The staff was super friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean, well decorated, nice linens, pillows, flatscreen TV, free wifi!
Rooms were small but that is expected in a top NY location!Great hotel, stylish lobby & rooms. Staff was extra friendly and accommodating . Small boutique hotel so lots of personal touches. Location was directly across the street from one subway line, 4-5 others just a few blocks away. In Soho, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. Rooms were small but when you go for the great city location at a reasonable price, you expect that. Loved the hotel, will definitely consider it again.
The rooms are small, but it's New York! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They also have a roofdeck that has an incredible view. The location is right next to the subway which makes it really easy to get around. We'd stay there again!
