The staff and sports bar
The ac/heater made a loud clanging noise all night. Good value but not a 4 star accommodation.Great for teens and college age. Much like a college dorm feel.
I loved the common spaces.
The room was quite small. I was prepared for that from the photos, though. I wasn't entirely fond of the window into the bathroom though. I was there with my husband, so it wasn't a huge issue, but I think it could creep some out.Overall we had a great experience. The room was very small, but the bed and the TV were nice, and we didn't need much. The common spaces were great.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!
Small rooms;(standard for NYC); wait times for any service from the staff! towels took 40 minutes to be brought up & on the final day when we were trying to check out and request assistance to carry our luggage down took 1 hour!Great Location; slow service!
Excelente location. Lobby area plus restaurants/bars are great. Rooms have great design, yet too small.
Size of the rooms. Bathroom was just minimal, and very little space for luggage.A very well located hotel, with a modern design. Lobby and restaurants/bars area are great. Entrance is quite different from what you are used to. Rooms have nice design, but too small.
NoThe room being so small was very well designed and feels confortable, I hope you can keep the price reasobable low
Public rooms. Concierge nice/helpful.
Room was terrible. Too small and bathroom non-functional - showered flooded bathroom each time and staff did not being enough towels even when asked. Towels bad quality. No slippers. Bad service.Room and bathroom way way way too small, poor quality materials and badly planned.
The location was great for what my needs were.
The room was quite small, and the people parking the cars in the garage were not identified by uniforms or badges. The hotel was very clean. I would have liked to have more information about the activities going on and detailed directions to each of these.
Clean, modern, great location.
room smallRoom was small but we knew that ahead of time, the location was great. There were several nice restaurants nearby, the subway was half a block away. Even though we were on the 19th floor there was a lot of traffic noise. The room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again but would probably upgrade to a larger room.
The room was very clean and modern.
Room and bathroom are pretty small. I didn't matter too much to us because we were there to sight-see, but if you're a tall or larger person, it might be a tight fit.Nice hotel that is very convenient to Central Park and Broadway. If you are there to check out New York City and want to spend a reasonable amount on a nice hotel, this is the place.
The location near Columbus Circle is excellent. Great energetic vibe with the bars on the lobby floor.
Bed was quite small. We had a 'superior' room and the bed was considerably shorter than standard. I'm a tall guy and it was tough getting a good night's sleep.Yeah, the rooms are small. We got upgraded to a 'superior' room and it was minimal, but adequate. Bathroom was pretty cramped with no counter space, and the shower needed some maintenance, but all in all it was a pretty decent deal. There are 4 bars downstairs and they were quite active. We arrived around midnight on a Wednesday and the place was jumping. I suppose if your room overlooked the courtyard it would be pretty noisy, but our room looked out on 58th Street. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the street noises (horns, traffic, etc.) pretty clearly, but, hey, it's New York City. It is a noisy place. If I were staying there again I would request a room on a higher floor. The dec...
