Great location, within close walking distance to all attractions e.g. Central Park, TimesSquare, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center etc. etc.
Hotel is still under renovations therefore all elevators were not operating.Great location - within walking distance to all attractions. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Room was a good size and very clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay at the Park Central again!
Location, hotel was beautiful, soft beds, and friendly staff.
Nothing was disappointing.from the time we walked in the door we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere the smell the cleanliness and the staff itself.
The room is big.
They only keep your luggage if necessary from 7 to 9. There are no free wireless
Location is great
The heating did not work and it took a day to switch to another room, had a terrible night without heatingThis is overall a good hotel, but it seems to be a hit and miss, there are constant renovations, so you never know what you'll get
Large rooms for New York
The lifts were really bad, had to wait up to 20 minutes for the lifts to come. Took the stairs on a number of occasions but lights were out in the bottom of the stair well and was pitch black very dangerous. Reported it to staff but nothing was done.Over priced for what we got. No gym.
The hotel was in a perfect location close to broadway and the thanksgiving parade. The hotel rooms were spacious and beautiful.
I did not get even a response from Priceline concerning my need to cut my visit short by one night. So I paid for 6 but stayed 5. All my friends know about it already and none of them will use Priceline's services again.
Everything! The lobby was beautiful, the service was great, and the rooms were so comfortable!
Only that I could not stay there longer!I'd like to say that I had such a great experience staying in this hotel. Thanks to Priceline Express Deals, I was able to get a great price, and was so happy to be there. The staff members were extremely kind, the beds and room were so comfortable, and it was in a great location. I am so thankful for this hotel and the great time spent there!
Really nice-sized room with comfortable and modern furnishings.
Current renovations put a number of elevators out of order. The wait both on my floor and in the lobby was extraordinarily long. The staff was somewhat indifferent and didn't seem interested in being helpful.
I liked that is attempting to be more upscale with all of the renovations Location was near Central Park and subway, Times Square can be seen from outside of hotel
Small, decor was attempting to be modern with cheap thin java colored doors .. Hotel decorators really like java, it's everywhereOverall hotel is nice, there was an instance at 3 am where fire alarms were going off then an announcement stating it was a false alarm. The announcement was louder than the alarms which I thought was weird. Anyway hotel was used for sleeping, we were out in the city almost the entire time and staff was nice. Nothing special and not horrendous.
