Enjoy the Central Location
W New York's central location makes it popular with both business and leisure travelers. On-site parking is available, the hotel has accredited babysitters on call, and an in-house spa is great for a massage without a commute. The crowds of Times Square are only a 20 minute stroll away, while Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station are right nearby.
W New York and Movie Magic
It's just a short walk to the Chrysler Building, an architectural icon offering commanding views of the city. Many of New York's best museums are also easy to get to, including the Museum of Modern Art, which is within easy walking distance. And when walking on Lexington Avenue itself, be sure to note the intersection at 51st Street, where Marilyn Monroe and her billowing white skirt were filmed for the legendary scene from "The Seven Year Itch."
Very small room for a very high price
I pay more money for the a SPECTACULAR ROOM which should be bigger and with city view, but actually I got a room the same as a COZY ROOM. It is different from the picture shown in the booking web site. I felt I have been tricked. The bar was very noisy until at least 1 am. I could clearly heard the drums although i was on the 10th floor.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The heater was very loud. The binder listing the "amenities" was beaten up and contained vague information. There was no room service menu. Breakfast room service was vastly overpriced.
Great location Very comfortable bed Good for drinks
The size of the room was small
I thought the hotel was nice rooms were clean.
Bathroom door was a sliding glass door. Not very private.very little pressure in shower.
Wonderful staff, honesty of cleaning staff. And I loved the lighting, both in the common areas and the room.
No real restaurant. Earlier coffee service in lobby would be good.
room was supposed to be mega room--was small and only one queen size bed
Our room was very clean and very comfortable after a long day. We would stay again.
The rooms were extremely dark and the lifts were verydifficult to use.
