The view was nice and facilities were very clean
Parking and access to valet/ waiting area were difficult. Rooftop bar was closed.
Hotel is a good location, within walking distance to SoHo, Nolita, Bowery, short train ride into Brooklyn. I came in on a red-eye and arrived at the hotel at 6:30 and they had a room for me, which they claimed it was a "free upgrade."
Heater didn't work as well. Room was 50 degrees when I arrived. Put it on full blast and it only got up to 58 in 4 hours. I left it on and took off, returning 15 hours later at 3am and the room was still only 62 degrees. The luggage storage lady was rude and inattentive. She was rude when I dropped off my bag and I had to retrieve it myself. Also they used stickers with crappy adhesive so now my luggage has goo on it.
Right in the middle of Downtown New York, easy to get to everything walking or by subway. The hotel had good, reasonably priced food and nice clean rooms. It was great for a weekend get-away with my husband.
