Cons:
Vehicle size was much smaller than the reservation. Counter person was not willing to help. The tiny SUV was a bio hazard on the inside - disgusting! Left and found a rental at another location.10.0 Wonderful

Our incoming flight was delayed, so we missed our pick up window the first day. Everyone was so accommodating, and we were able to upgrade to a MUCH nicer car for only a few more dollars a day. It made our trip 100% better! What a great time10.0 Wonderful
