When I called--morning of the booking--to confirm their opening time (it was the day after Christmas), I was told that because I had made the booking with "a third-party entity" and "while [they] were closed," the car I had confirmed online was not available at the location I had booked. So, I had to wait for them to find the vehicle I needed and then had to be driven from one of their locations to another to pick up that vehicle. Truth be told, this was not a crisis, and while it did make my family late for the event we were attending, everything was okay. It was just frustrated to be told, essentially, that the delays were my fault because of when and how I had booked the rental. If there was potential for delays because of the when and how, it would have been good to get--at least--a notice of potential issues.

Cons:

The spare tire was in the trunk taking up the entire area instead of underneath the car where it should be. Spilled soda in the front cupholder. We ended up cancelling the rental.
