Not much parking . A/C unit does not work . Water damaged room on walls & cealings
Location and value were great
Rooms need updating
Close to the falls The pool and hot tub were good for the kids.
Our room flooded from the rain and soaked our suitcases on the floor. Not enough staff at checkin. Wait was too long Paint peeling in the bathroom
Location is great close to lots of things. Staff are very helpful. Bathroom were clean look like have been renovated
All together the room not to nice except bathrooms .bedspread & carpet look really old and dirty, carpet were lifting lots of wrinkles also we had 3 rooms not one had a mirror. Staff offered us a upgrade so we did pay more and were a little disappointed
Room was clean and comfortable , easy parking, close to falls, we had what we needed for a short trip.
Pool was not what I expected, somehow small and not ready for people to use.
2 star motel was sold to us as a 4 star Hotel. They first told us our room was not ready. When we came back later it was no longer available. They put us in a Motel like room. Was very noisy from people parting outside.
Close to falls
Room needed serious updating. Very worn.
This hotel is very dirty.
Good value for the money - but we received a good online discount compared to the hotel price. Parking costs an extra $10/day. I prefer hotels that provide such vital amenity to their guests. Niagara Falls, Canadian side, is all about nickel and diming tourists so be aware. Posted prices often hide other costs assumed "included".
The hotel security was slow to respond to rowdy, noisy, and drunk hockey players that were staying at the hotel, making screaming and yelling for over 30 mn at 2 am.
Location was absolutely amazing for tourism purposes. Everything was in walking distance; we didn't touch the car all weekend. The pool/hot tub was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable but simple. It fit our purpose perfectly. Bathroom was neat and well stocked.
No hot water, slow wifi
