Beds were very comfortable
No fridge in the room
Room was okay.
I couldn't find the value for money here. The overall layout of the rooms was confusing. Several different elevators that were poorly signed to get to a specific area in the hotel. It was very apparent as other guests were just as confused. When I went back to clarify which elevator I needed the front desk person was clearly agitated by my confusion.
This is a comfortable, clean, centrally located hotel.
We paid the extra money for valet service, but we were surprised to find an additional $35 fee for taxes on our bill (beyond the $25 for the valet) when we checked out.
Proximity to everything including the trolly bus stops right outside the door.
No in room refrigerator
Parking. Said it was included when I registered only to find out it wasn't and the lot was across the street
Great staff, proximity to everything, comfort of beds
IHOP, cleanliness of bathroom
The staff at front desk are very friendly
Noise complaints for closing the door a few times. And fire alarm went off a few times around 4am disturbing sleep. There's no fridge.
Very nice hotel, great for mature couple.
Rooms were pretty spacious and staff were very polite.
Parking was very expensive, better value to just eat outside the hotel
Love the cozy feel of our room, big, great beds
I have no complaints
Jacuuzi... 'nuff said. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Staff was awesome and quick. Everything was really close! (if you can afford the tourist price)
Water temperature was hard to control. Surrounding Niagara is REALLY expensive compared to room (although we were a young couple in our early twenties.) IHop staff were terrible.
beds roll to the center. parking fees were a surprise. my wife was bitten by bugs the first night. pay for parking and park only to have a parking attendant tell you you cant park there and put you in another part of the lot.
Not comfortable at all. Very noisy and couldn't sleep at all.
pretty good location.
indifferent check in staff. noise in corridors and floor above. distance from room from front desk. no refrigerator. no alarm clock. bathtub in room. did not have a private bathroom.
Location in regards to attractions The front desk employees were very nice and efficient The parking attendant was very helpful and courteous
Room was dirty on check in. Dirty towels in bathroom, dirty linens, floors covered with food /crumbs. Room was cleaned on complaint and complementary breakfast provided from I-Hop - at which we were treated like beggars. The food was cold and leathery and was received with hair in the eggs. The concierge couldn't have cared less about our inquiries This was far less than we anticipated
