The cleaning of the rooms is very early I believe that it is should be d extend more the hours since it ends at 11:30 the day they cleaned my not the Chamber emptied the room trash can
The location was great! The room was clean and the size of the suite fit our needs. We were given a late check out to accommodate our needs.
The only we didn't was the selection of TV stations. Very limited TV station choices.
The staff was friendly and it was somewhat convenient location wise
ROOM HAD ANTS.......showers were luke warm at best....the one day I passed on showering because it was too cold.....Wifi issues..couldn't consistently get online....elevator was out of order - I have a bad back and had to carry luggage down steps...
Hot Tub broken Breakfast very limited
Very clean. Beds were comfortable and room was excellent. Public spaces were very attractive.
I liked that it was quiet and there weren't any interruptions.
I didn't like that I had to park in a parking lot away from the hotel because there weren't enough parking spaces due to an RV taking up 5-6 spaces.
The hotel was average. Nothing spectacular that really wowed me. In hindsight, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same money.
I will billed twice for the room. Once from Priceline and once from the Fairfield. Being a frequent traveler, I called this issue to the staffs attention upon check in and again later that evening. Both times I was assured I would only be billed once.
The public space
The smell of the rooms was horrendous. We asked to change rooms, which we did, but the smell was in all the rooms. The facelift was lovely, but the old smell has not been removed.
This hotel was so clean and nice. The staff went out of thier way to have our room ready so we could check in before a wedding. Comfy beds, and just an over all great hotel!!
Great Service, great location, clean room, good breakfast. the people here were so nice and accomidating.
Got a good rate of $* per night on the web site, but at checkout the manager said I requested an upgrade to a suite and charged me $* per night plus $* per night on the weekend. I never requested an upgrade because I travel on a fixed work budget and the extra comes out of my wallet. When I complained, she refused to change the charge and hit my credit card for the difference, over 10 days it added up. I even had a printout of the confirmed $* rate and the manager could not show me a signed document where i accepted the rate increase. I complained to Marriot Customer Care and they refused to refund the extra, even after I provided documentation to prove the manager lied. This is the classic bait and switch. If you stay here, they will hold your credit card for ransom. About the hotel, it nothing special. You can hear your neighbors TV at night. The wireless internet did not work. The suite is the same size room without an extra door, The A/C is noisy, if it works. A guy I was travel with found hairs in his sheets the first night. The breakfast is about as good as you get at 7-11; cereal or microwave egg-a-muffin. The hall smells like wet rug. The parking lot is small and a lot of kids stay here in the summer. Do not get a room on the same side as the pool and put a towel under the door to block the noise. Do not get a room on the highway side because of the trucks noise. This hotel is easy to find, just turn left at the gas station and the hotel is in the parking lot next to Home Depot.
