We showed up at our scheduled reservation time (8 am) to pick up our car, which was also the time that the rental office was supposed to open. We waited for an hour and a half and nobody ever showed up. We called the numbers we were given for the rental agency, and we could hear he phone ringing inside the office. We finally asked an attendent at a neighboring business to see if he could find a personal number for whoever worked at that office. He found it and when we called him he said we would have to wait another 20 minutes before he got there. Unfortunately, our schedule didn't allow us to wait any longer and we had to quickly find alternate transportation to our destination. We payed the upfront booking costs, so we just simply lost that money. If you rent From here you may want to call ahead and double check that there actually will be someone at the office at your reserved time. Or just simply save yourself the trouble and rent from somewhere else.4.4 Mediocre
