Cons:we have stayed at this hotel before ,but this time not so good Hours before arriving I called to make sure our room was close to the pool and on bottom floor was told that was no problem by a young lady chantel I think was her name when i arrived a older man checked me in and put us on second floor which the only way up was the stairs i was traveling with my 6 yr old and it was a 100 degrees and we had a lot of luggage and other misc when I ask him or begged him for a ground floor he said that the room i had was the only room which was a lie and he was rude the carpet in the room was torn in several spots the room was really old and not a pleasant stay this was my first time booking with kayak

Cons:Everything. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Disgusting cleanliness, mold, bugs, horribly loud AC. Staff was ignorant, I wouldn't stay there if they paid me money again.

Cons:The carpet was ripped up, there were holes in the walls. No closets, and the hanger racks were about to fall off of the wall. Bath tub was disgusting. Over al very poor hotel experience.

Pros:I LOVED THE MATTRESS ON THE KING SIZE BED AND THE FACT THAT IT HAD A MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND QUIET. HAD LOTS OF EATING PLACES CLOSE BY.
Cons:THE DECOR WAS OUTDATED, NOT A LOT OF ROOM IF I WAS STAYING FOR AN EXTENDED TIME.
