I wished another Enterprise was willing to match the price as we had to drive about a 1/2 hour and pass at least 3 other Enterprise outfits closer to our home.8.8 Very good

Pros:
I did end up with the full-size car that I ordered but not without insisting on what we ordered. The 2016 Impala was very nice and was what I expected.Cons:
we ordered a full-size car and when we arrived to pick it up, they claimed none were available. They offered what was described to be an "upgrade", a Jeep Renegade over a full-size sedan. We needed a full-size car and in my opinion, the small jeep didn't offer the size and comfort we requested and needed. They continued to insist it was an "upgrade" and we should be grateful. While waiting, I contacted a nearby Enterprise and they had full-size car. Only after insisting on our part, did they agree to have it transported over, which was only about ten minutes. All in all, it was an OK experience but I didn't like having to argue over the size of a car. I even requested a smaller car as a compromise - I just wanted a car - not an SUV.Budget

The staff at pick up was very nice and helpful; very pleasant experience! The drop off was a little confusing, because of the lack of signs and instructions at the drop off location.Cons:
It would be great if there was some signage at the drop off site at the JAX international airport that instructed the customer to walk into the airport terminal after parking the rental car in the garage to finish the drop off. Or if there was a drop off box at the drop off location in the garage.2.8 Poor

I was told the wrong location on drop off. Upgraded without consent to a horrible gas mileage car. Rental prices were OUTRAGEOUS10.0 Wonderful
