Location was right off the highway and outlet mall.
Everything was very old and the room was quite musty-a slight moldy smell and feel.
I selected a non smoking room and it smell like cigarets... Air vents dirty...
Staff was friendly. Close to the Tanger outlet and our destination.
Needed a lot of cleaning. Pool was down. I left a Tupperware bowl in the frig. Didn't receive a call telling me that.
Nothing really but convenience to everything
For a pet friendly room, it was the only one I've ever stayed in that didn't reak of urine. I think they use smoking rooms as pet rooms though. The windows opened on 2nd floor, which was great!
Didn't look like the pictures. Nowhere near as nice. Burn holes in the floor and couch. Candy under the bed from previous guest. Not even so much as a paper cup in the room.
Excellent customer service, friendly.
location was a bit far from restaurants and dt
The shuttle service to and from the port to catch our cruise was prompt. We never had to wait on the driver.
Ran out of to-go coffee cups when we returned from our cruise so we could not get a cup to go.
The fact that it was close to Tanger Outlets.
Yes. they said they had breakfast but I see no juice or milk for cereal the only thing they had was coffee muffins. there is no housekeeping service. If you are looking to stay a couple of nights this one is not for you.
I liked nothing.
Very Dirty room, bed bugs and flies in the room.
This room definitely corresponded to its description: the bed was fine as was the kitchen layout. It was akin to studio apts. in which I had actually lived.
I believe the furniture could be updated a bit but as I was visiting Charleston, I wasn't trying to stay in my room that much.
Located right by Tanger Outlet.
The room was dirty, there was a nasty odor in the room, elevator didn't work, breakfast was just fruit and packaged muffins or oatmeal, coffee tasted disgusting, swimming pool was closed and looked as though it hadn't been open for a long time.
Nothing. I left early
Very dirty room. I had a dog so they put me in a smoking room with burn holes everywhere
Clean and spacious ..plenty of restaurant around
Yes we were looking foward to the swimming pool ...one of main reaso s we selected this hotel ...and had not been used in a yr..wish I would have known that ...felt like false advertising
Room had everything I needed
Price could have been less.
Very close to outlet mall and restaurants.
Room was smaller than the picture and I'm not convinced the sheets and pillows were fresh.
This location is near Tanger Outlets, and the shopping was terrific.
There was a giant ( at least 3 inches long) dead roach just laying in the middle of the kitchenette of our room, and the staff didn't even offer to switch our room. In fact, they did nothing about it. Also, breakfast was just hot coffee and an fruit. Lame
Liked having two rooms -- separate bedroom from TV and Full Kitchen area.
Couch was stained and showed signs of wear
The room, the amenities, the facilities -- all terrific.
Not enough parking spots; couldn't find one close to the hotel entrance.
The room amentities were quite nice. Bed very comfortable.
One of the front desk staff was quite rude and very unfriendly.
The parking lot.
The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Wasn't clean at all
Location was very good. The phone didn't work and couldn't get another. Bad smell when I entered room, found the source, dishwasher had old molded nasty water standing in it. Commode stopped up, bathtub would not drain. Location only good thing
Nasty, no phone, no one would fix anything
I liked having a kitchenette .
No shampoo in room or at front desk.
i love their kitchen. besides, shopping center is just near the hotel.
Great location and friendly staff. The price was a top selling feature for me choosing this hotel. The room was a nice size and the air conditioner worked very well.
The bed was hard and it was only a queen sized bed. The room was clean but still somehow seemed a little uncomfortable. I tried not to walk on the floor without wearing socks or shoes. We had to request shampoo for our room, but it was pleasantly provided
Good location. Fridge.
Carpet needs to be cleaned. Breakfast offered is very limited.
Nice space, full size fridge
Dogs in nearby rooms, bad smell in hallway
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the hot water plentiful.
The staff was very polite and accomdating.
For the price I paid it was more then what I thought it would be. It seems as though it was perminent residence for some people. Great space for family with children. Kinda far from restaurants and stores.
as a two star hotel, this hotel had breakfast. the 'breakfast' was extremely, extremely basic and disappointing. not a 'hot breakfast' or a buffet.
The hotel reeked of SMOKE!
I liked how close it was to the airport and Tangler outlet mall
Tt smelled. The check-in lady was mean. I didn't feel that they completely cleaned my room before I got there. They didn't even have soap to use. And thebreakfast was way sub par. And zero cell phone reception with ATT- calls dropped and texts failed
We had major problems that were not handled until the next morning & a manager named Chris actually cared and tried to fix them.
Broken windows, smoke filled rooms, broken lamp.
large clean room with a full kitchen
very noisy due to poor soundproofing- you'd wake up every time the fire door between floors closed
It was a decent sized room for the price.
The hotel stay and hotel are nice. Friendly staff and other patrons were nice too.
My boyfriend was attacked badly by bed bugs. I wasn't as affected but he was bitten up pretty badly. Sadly it made our stay kind of nerve racking.
Not a single thing
This place was abhorent. We were greeted with a strong stench of cigarettes in the lobby. The room had dirty rags, long black hairs on the towels, crumbs in the sink, blood stains on the sheets, short hair clippings on the pillows, all elevators were broken
Location and price.
Yes. I was in room 322. Apparently there is a maintenance room directly underneath it. Beginning at about 3 a.m., I noticed an air compressor running loudly every little while. I left the hotel about 4:30 a.m. because I was unable to go back to sleep.
There was not one thing that I could say that I liked.
I did not like the smell of stale cigarette smoke mixed with urine. It hits you as soon as you walk in the door. There was trash bags laying in the halls. The carpets were stained beyond belief. The whole feel of the hotel was just disturbing.
It was close to restaurants and shopping.
It was a little out dated honestly and the pool was not heated and it was half inside and outside so it was to chilly to use. Also the breakfast was 'grab an go', which was not awful but I would have liked to have seen some juice, not just coffee.
Room had cockroaches
this is a cheap (but not inexpensive) hotel. It allows smoking. It is dirty and smelly. Will not stay here or at this chain again.
This was a decent hotel and close to Tanger Outlet, so nice for shopping. Fairly clean, no problems, but could use some updating to make it a 4 fairly easily. Price was fair and I do recommend a 1 night stay, if you want a decent place to stay and to save 40-50 bucks! Just spend the cash saved here on shopping and call it a day! By the way, breakfast is very, very basic, so if you value breakfast, don't stay here... Not bad!
The room was very clean and cozy for the price. We really enjoyed the stay.
Enjoyed staying here. It was a last minute reservation and I had no problems.
This is a wonderful place to stay. it is affordable, clean and has friendly service. It is close to everything, including the outlet shopping centers and Walmart. We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay at the price we paid.
When I booked the room, I specifically requested a double bed in a non-smoking room. After our drive we arrived to find that we had been placed in a smoking room with twin beds and were told that there were no other rooms availible with a double or queen bed. After we complained to the unfriendly receptionists, we were moved to another room and were surprised to find that it was a non-smoking queen bed room. The receptionist apparently lied to us.
