Cons:
I had rented the vehicle three weeks before I got there and it was confirmed on rental cars.com but when I got to hertz they told me they had no vehicle for me nor did they even care so I called rental cars.com and they told me since I didn’t pay for it upfront there’s really no reason they felt responsible that I should have one. That’s how Hertz and rental cars.com treated me.4.0 Mediocre

Staff was helpful. Vehicle I was ultimately provided was a full size car and I paid for a standard SUV. Their offer was take that, or trade it out of at OHare Airport (hour away) or take nothing. I would like to be contacted regarding a correction to my costs based upon what was provided.Cons:

please be aware that they close on saturday at noon and are closed on sunday. they charge you an extra day if you drop off on closed day. even if your contract states that you rent till that dayCons:
vehicle although clean did not have any makings that was clean or door sealed for cleanliness7.2 Good
