I had booked a room with a queen size bed, but they must have upgraded me to a king size. The room was very nice and spacious with a large bathroom and some very nice amenities; bathrobes, ironing board and iron. Nice continental breakfast with the price of the room in a lovely dining room. After check out we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot for the rest of the day for some downtown Christmas shopping. I look forward to staying here again.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
Very good location with lots of New England charm and ambiance. Very comfortable bed and an ample size room. Good continental breakfast was included in the price.
I was awakened by a loud group of intoxicated people after midnight. I felt like I was back in my college dorm days; very annoying! I'm sure that someone called from my floor before I did as the disturbance ended after about 15 minutes. I complained to the manager the next morning who knocked 20 bucks off my bill of 200. I don't think that was enough for the hassle of being woken up from a dead sleep, especially from a luxury hotel. Needless to say, I don't think I'll ever stay there again.
