The staff was very responsive to requests. This was a really busy weekend in the area and the hotel was booked solid but the staff managed to remain cool and took care of each guest in a positve way.
I liked the location. The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. I was glad there was a washer & Dryer onsite and the indoor pool was great as well as the workout room.
There was a lot of traffic noise buy my biggest complaint is that the wired internet in my room didn't work. I needed wired internet to conduct business I ended up using the business center down stairs which worked all right.
The room waste clean and nice.
the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. I didn't sleep at all.
The check in process was exceptionally quick and simple
Called to request non smoking room and did not get a non smoking room. Plus room not clean.
Restaurant and bar on site. Friendly people.
TV didn't work, but I was given a better room and a$20 voucher for breakfast.
The pool, the housekeepers and checkin
It's all good
It was decently located.
The toilet was loose and rocked when used. The cabinet was scratched up in bathroom. The lights in bathroom were too dim. The heater rattled when used.
The staff was exceptional. My stay was for a hospitalized relative and the staff was always helpful and asking about the progress of my relative. They genuinely cared.
No microwave in my room but that wasn't bad. There was one I could use downstairs off the lobby.
We didn't realize until we got there that we were staying in George hunnicutt's skeleton.
Our room faced a loud roadway and the viaduct.
Good location. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Street noise was pretty bad early in the morning. The restaurant was not as fancy as I expected. It would have been nice if breakfast had been included.
Friendly staff, great food.
Curtains had food on them, dried food particles in the air condition vent. Dried blood stain on comforter. Hot water took extremely long time to warm up in shower. Bed was rediculously hard.
Comfortable and clean
Location to the road because of loud trucks
Near my city I was visiting
The crowd of people
Hotel is within 40 feet of major intersection and roadway used by heavy trucks. Road noise was horrible!!! Some trucks actually made floors shake. Will never use this hotel again!
Pet friendly, the courteous people at the desk, the friendly house-keeping crew, the comfort & cleanliness of the room.
The location was great and beautiful!
We were suppose to have a microwave and refrigerator in our room, but we didn't have one. We asked the front desk about it and they had someone bring them to our room.
not too far from my appointment
just average at best. Over priced as far as what I pay for 4 star hotels
It was a three star hotel in norton.
No continental breakfast.
The hotel was a pleasant experience. Everything was up to date, very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Parking is conveniently located and there is a restaurant upstairs with excellent food. It was above average and also had a selection of wine and beer with some local tastes. The only bad thing about the room is there were no room darkening shades to pull closed so I had to clip them together with a clip I happened to have with us on the trip. The lights from outside were disturbing at night, but otherwise everything was pleasant. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it.
The Holiday Inn is the nicest place to stay in Norton. It is more upscale with better amenities than the other hotels; of course, it is more epensive as well. Its location is on the opposite side of Norton from much of the commercial development. My first floor room was clean and roomy, although its location near a busy traffic light made it plenty noisy with trucks gearing down to stop. I had breakfast in the restaurant, which was nothing special... just OK.
